[Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone KatherineG 9/12/12 11:18 AM
We’ve received reports indicating that secondary calendars synced with iPhone using CalDAV are disappearing (and sometimes re-appearing intermittently) on the phone for some users.

Our team is currently investigating the issue. Calendars viewed on on the web (desktop) calendar are not affected, and there is no data loss.

Workaround: Navigate to https://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect and reselect the calendars you’d like to view. (Google Apps users can go to https://www.google.com/calendar/hosted/your_domain/iphoneselect, replacing 'your_domain' with your actual domain name.)

Thanks for your patience while our team is working on resolving this issue.

Katherine

This worked!  Thank you so much, you saved my phones life!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone gweronimo 9/12/12 12:37 PM
Thank you. I have the same issue with iPhone using Exchange (Google Sync). Secondary calendars disappear and re-appear randomly. The workaround did not help. Neither did re-saving calendar choices on https://m.google.com/sync/ .

When I start the iPhone calendar app, it soon starts syncing (rotating cogs in top bar). After a couple of secs, at least one the secondary cals disappear, then after a couple of secs another one of the secondary cals appear instead. Then it seems to stop syncing. Next time it syncs it is another set of secondary cals that toggle visibility, but they are never visible all at the same time.

I have 9 secondary cals that I sync (beside the default one). I have one secondary cal in Google that I don't keep synced. Problems started sometime last week I think, before that I have used Google Sync for over a year without any such problems.

Seems to be working!  Thank you!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone xenophile 9/12/12 9:17 PM
I can't use your workaround in my iPad/iPhone because my gmail calendar option (which is the one I want to see but does not sync with my Apple Apps) is grayed out on my desktop so I can't REselect it -- why?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone ARRGGGH 9/12/12 9:17 PM
Now my secondary calendar is visible when i go to Calendars page within my iCal app. But none of my secondary calendar events are visible on my actual calendar.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone gweronimo 9/13/12 1:09 AM
Update: my problem seems to be fixed now, after doing the following:

 * Go into iPhone Settings -> "Email, Contacts, Calendars" -> Accounts: Google (Exchange) -> Switch "Calendars" OFF.
 * Open Calendar and let it sync, all Google events will disappear from calendar.
 * Go into iPhone Settings -> "Email, Contacts, Calendars" -> Accounts: Google (Exchange) -> Switch "Calendars" ON.
 * Go into iPhone Settings -> "Email, Contacts, Calendars" -> Calendars:Default calendar -> (If your default was a Google calendar, this may have changed while switched off earlier).
 * Open Calendar and let it sync, all Google events should re-appear in calendar, and stay there for now.

NOTE: I also changed iPhone Settings -> "Email, Contacts, Calendars" -> Calendars:Synchronize -> (from "All events" to "6 months back"), but I doubt that was the problem

Also, to clarify, when I mentioned in my previous post that my secondary calendars appeared and disappeared, I meant that the events from these calendars (dis-)appeared from the calendar view, not that the check marks in the list of active calendars toggled...

Hope this helps!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone nemobcn 9/13/12 5:01 AM
thanks! it worked.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone xenophile 9/13/12 12:36 PM
Excellent instructions, and even better -- it worked!  And you're right that the range of dates synchronized does not matter. Also there is no Default Calendar on my iPhone 4S iOS 5.1.1 .  (BTW, in case this means anything to the Google people working on this issue, I believe that my sync problems began when I updated from iOS 5.1 to 5.1.1, although I would not bet my salary on that).
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone MIDiamond 9/13/12 2:37 PM
Still can't get it to work for my 4S iPhone. I note also that when I edit calendars from Calendar view I don't see my Google calendars showing up as editable. It is as though the device doesn't recognize that a Google calendar exists. Tried the trick mentioned above: turning off calendars in settings and then turning it back on. Still no response.

How long did you wait after turning google calendar off before you turn it back on?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jugghead 9/14/12 10:45 AM
@KatherineG

As already explained in this thread...
http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/calendar/report-an-issue/syncing-my-calendar/Mra09inJj-o
This is an issue not only affecting iOS users, the thread title needs to be much more generic.

Cheers.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone KatherineG 9/15/12 1:25 PM
For those of you not using an iOS device, but rather other devices/clients that use CalDav, can you let me know details as to what those are, as well as whether the provided workaround helps.  The URL should still work the same, and if it's not, I'd like to work to see if there is a different solution I can offer.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jugghead 9/15/12 4:32 PM
@KatherineG

Please also post in the other thread/s, non-iOS users won't be reading this one.
I will update you with my findings later....
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jugghead 9/16/12 11:44 AM
@Katherine

Okay I tried with newly created CalDav account on my Nokia N9 & it's still not working, says: "Failed: Internal Error"
I first went to:
https://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect
I noticed my sub-calenders were no longer selected.
I selected them both and clicked saved, I then deleted the caldav acct, recreated, & tried to sync.
Didn't work so I rebooted, still no worky....
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jugghead 9/16/12 11:46 AM
Actually reboot seems to have done the trick, I'll continue to monitor.
But can you please clarify what the issue was on the server-side?
Also as mentioned earlier, please update the other relevant posts.

Thank-you.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone phleaton 9/17/12 3:03 AM
I have iOS 5.1.1 and have synched My iCal on both my phone and mac to my google calendar. All working fine with iCal on the mac but on my phone, all events previous to 17th august (which is when is suspect I upgraded to 5.1.1.) have disappeared other than repeat events and intermittent events from my birthdays calendar. Any new events are working and syncing fine.....but the event history very patchy on the phone. Any Ideas Katherine?

Thanks

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone phleaton 9/17/12 4:13 AM
gweronimo's post  seems to have sorted my problem....didn't realise you could modify length of time you synched back thanks very much!

The workaround worked on my iphone 4, version 5.1.1  Is there a similar workaround for an iPad?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone nzgmw 9/22/12 9:45 PM
Does this problem also affect iCal on Macbook Pro?  My MBC is synced with iphone, ipad and Google calendar.  The last two months of the calendar disappeared from the MBC today as well as the iPhone.  For unknown reasons it has returned in full to the iPhone.  But last two months are still missing from iCal on the MBC.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone smithgirl 9/23/12 4:40 PM
I wanted to add to this. gweronimo may have been on to something when he said that he changed it from synch all events to "6 months back. I followed all of his/her instructions except the above and there was still no change. When I changed to 6 months back everything came up correctly. Then when I opened the calendar and started scrolling through the different events they disappeared again! Ahhhhhhhhh! Any one solve this yet?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone smithgirl 9/23/12 5:01 PM

cchomko-
Thank you! I was using the exchange, so i tried this(adding the gmail email account) and every single event is showing up and staying...yay!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone lizard84 9/24/12 3:38 PM
Gweronimo solved!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Kim Culp 9/25/12 8:42 AM
The suggested workaround from at the top from Google (https://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect and reselect the calendars you’d like to view) did not work for me  (iPhone 4)

HOWEVER the gweronimo's directions solved it for me too.

Llike xenophile confirmed and gweronimo suspected, I did not need to do anything with the the range of dates synchronized.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone KatherineG 9/25/12 3:23 PM
Hi all,

This issue should now be resolved, please let us know if you continue to see reports.

@nzgmw - this affects mobile devices syncing with CalDav, so it sounds unlikely that's the case with your Macbook.  Also, the issue is now resolved so if that's still taking place for you they must be unrelated. I'd suggest starting a new thread or looking to see if there are other relevant threads already discussing your issue specifically.  Make sure to add any workarounds you've tried in order to troubleshoot your issue.

Thanks!
Katherine
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone djherring 9/26/12 12:13 PM
The only thing that fixed it for me was deleting my Gmail account on the iPhone and readding it.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone DiverDan42 9/26/12 2:51 PM
I still see this issue when syncing calendars on iPhone via the Exchange provider. However, I switched that off and switched on the calendars from my GMail setup (CalDAV) and things are working fine now. I think maybe there's still something to investigate related to the calendars when synced via the Exchange provider (m.google.com) though.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone djherring 9/27/12 9:43 AM
Well right after I said everything was fine, this morning my calendars were gone again. What gives, Google?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Forrestdebris 9/27/12 10:38 AM
I use an iPhone 4 (IOS 6) and am using Week Calendar which syncs with Google.  I've been plagued by this problem for weeks and today it's worse than ever.  All the calendar data will disappear after I edit an event.  Today it's happening even more frequently and randomly.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone cummi244 9/30/12 7:38 PM
I tired the link on iPhone and it says  Cannot Open Page "Safari cannot open the page because it is a local file"
Tried it with chrome just leads to syncing page which I have done multiple times.  So I tired the link  on computer and it only lets me sink calendars from gmail not any public calendars like sports teams from the the epl etc. It says I cannot select those calendars...( see below)

Now I will get those calendars events through email notification and I can check email at anytime on iphone but I would like see those calendars.. I am perfectionist I know

Sync Settings

Select calendars to sync to your iPhone/iPad/iCal*

My Calendars
  1.  somethings @gmail.com
Shared Calendars
    Not available for syncing
    1.  US Holidays
    2.  Aston Villa
    3.  Liverpool

    5.  Norwegian Holidays
    6.  Minnesota Vikings
    7.  Manchester City
    8.  Fulham
    9.  Week Numbers
    10.  Minnesota Twins

    * or any other CalDAV device.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone KatherineG 10/2/12 1:25 PM
    @djherring
-How are you syncing (iphone and CalDAV?)
-what particular calendar isn't syncing (if you can't provide the name, can you let us know if it is a primary or secondary calendar?)
-When did you notice this start to take place

@DiverDan42: Can you just confirm what you saw take place when you were using Exchange vs. CalDAV?

@Forrestdebris:  Since you're using the third party app, "Week Calendar", we can't really comment or know whether that's playing into the issues you're having.

@cummi244- That's functioning as intended, so while we don't have a workaround for that issue, we do know that it's something users would like to be able to do.  Thanks for letting us know.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jimjennett 10/3/12 3:16 PM
As to today (Oct 3) I am still having this problem.  I think the workaround proposed by Katherine helps, but only temporarily.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jimjennett 10/3/12 3:25 PM
I am using an iPhone 4S with iOs 5.1.1.  I have one secondary calendar.  I have tried to sync with Exchange and Google accounts with different results.  On the Exchange account, events that are several years old are there and one repeating event survived the deletion and is listed every Monday for the last year and into the future, but all of the other events for that period are missing.  With the Google account, the secondary calendar keeps disappearing from the list of Google calendars.  After this workaround, it is there, but has vanished twice today (prior to using the workaround).
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone M. Vandale 10/3/12 4:02 PM
I have just updated to an iPhone 5 and my iPhone Calendar is set up to sync with an Exchange account just like my old iPhone 3gs.  On my old phone all my calendars are listed and all events show up in the calendar.  On my new iPhone 5, only my calendar is listed.  I have gone over the set up several times and it looks identical to my old phone.  I have no idea what the issue is.  I do use that 2-step verification and have created application specific passwords.  I had set up a new separate account for contacts using CardDAV and disabled contact sync in the exchange account, could this have anything to do with the problem ?

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone bonafidejed 10/3/12 8:31 PM
KatherineG - I just noticed this issue on my iPhone 5. I am using Google Sync (Exchange). I have my main calendar and one additional calendar within my account (not a calendar someone else shared with me) that I need to sync. Here's where I've been:
    (a) I just got my new iPhone. I know I had this working (Google Sync/Exchange with both calendars) on my iPhone 4 and iOS 5, but I'm not sure if this changed when I upgraded to iOS 6 or when I got my iPhone 5.
    (b) I deleted the account from the iPhone and switched to CalDAV and did not experience the problem. When I switched back to Exchange the problem came back.
    (c) I tried some combinations of using the "iphoneselect" URL to deselect/reselect the secondary calendar but that didn't help.
    (d) I tried some combinations of turning OFF/ON the Calendar part of the Exchange account setup but that didn't help. I tried following other's suggestions exactly (including going to "6 months back" and that didn't help either.
    (e) MAYBE IMPORTANT? - I've noticed that both in iOS and also on the "iphoneselect" URL, the name of my "primary/main" calendar is not showing. On my laptop browser, the name of the calendar the name I gave to the calendar, but in iOS and also on the "iphoneselect" the name of my calendar is my e-mail address. I think this is weird, probably wrong, and indicative that there's been some change. I know that in May in iOS the name I gave to the calendar displayed which is what I would expect.
    (f) I verified via my boyfriend's iPad that the same thing happens. This is the only other Exchange/ActiveSync device I have available to me. It's also on iOS 6.

Google Sync (Exchange) provides features that are important to me. I am a Google Apps user if that's relevant.

If you can help, please let me know. ~Jed

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone herbertk1 10/4/12 10:17 AM
    Hello,
Just yesterday my primary calendar disapeared.  I only have 2 that I sync to my iphone 4s (ios6). One is primary, and one secondary.  I use the exchange server m.google.com.  Both calendars work fine when I view/edit them on the web, and they work (so far) with my Ipad (newest version & ios 6). I tried deleting the exchange account and readding it.  I tried the links from the iphone and from the website (the one with iphoneselect at the end).  All looks okay, but the primary calendar is still missing.  Does anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks
    Ken
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone herbertk1 10/4/12 10:36 AM
Update.  Although my primary calendar will not sync from google calendar (website) to iphone, it will sync from Iphone to google calendar (website).  Maybe there is hope.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jsrnephdoc 10/5/12 6:47 AM
I haven't tried to set up my synch again, but reading your post that the issue had been solved, I did a little test. I have a Google Calendar (two staffers in my office have full editing privileges as well; everyone else gets read-only privileges) with six sub-calendars that most of us read on the web, but a few of us use on our iOS devices as well. Just one of these sub calendars doesn't reliably send event data to my iPhone 4s (updating to iOS 6 didn't help). I synchronize using Exchange. Do you think the Gmail server is more reliable?

I just created a 2.5 hour test event in the troublesome sub calendar on the web. It appeared immediately in my Mac calendar program (BusyCal) and several minutes later on my iPhone. However, there's a multi-day all-day event in February 2013 that I cannot make appear on my iPhone despite all legal and illegal incantations, reboots, and stupid repetitive pleadings I've thought to try. Any ideas?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone M. Vandale 10/5/12 10:35 AM
I was messing around on my new iphone, I launched the Google App and while looking at all the google apps available I saw Google Sync.  I selected it just to see what it would do and I say my Calendar, selected and all the others I was looking for, not selected.  I checked them all off and problem solved... I had no idea I had to do this and tripped over the solution.  I wish the google cal would sync and little simpler.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Dougg Wright 10/8/12 8:00 AM
After recent upgrade to iPhone 5 from 4s lost all my secondary calendars.  Went to m.google.com on my phone and found it showed both phones under "manage devices".  When I looked at the settings for the iPhone 5 my calendars were not selected (Still selected on 4s) once I selected them I was good to go and now I have all 6 calendars back on my phone!

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Neevy 10/12/12 8:54 AM
I recently updated my iPad and iPhone to IOS 6.  Now entries on a joint calendar that I share with my husband do not appear on the mobile version.  I can no longer add any entries to the joint calendar using the mobile version.  After hitting "Enter," the arrow just turns and turns and then gives me an error.  I have deleted the exchange account and added it back.  I have gone to the Calendar settings and unchecked and rechecked the joint calendar.  I have turned off the phone to reset it.  I just spent an hour at Verizon with no luck.  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I know that this is a known issue for both iOS and for Android, but have you been able to find a solution for Android, yet? Almost all of my calendar has disappeared both on my phone and online. My thought is that I may have downloaded an application not compatible or quite premature with several unresolved issues. I don't know if there's a way to retrieve the information (I hope there is, anyway), but any assistance is welcome. Thank you!

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Christine K Newman 10/14/12 5:45 PM
I was just able to fix this problem of disappearing secondary google calendars on my iPhone (4S, iOS 6.0). Two things were critical:

    1. Making sure that I had selected my delegates on the http://m.google.com from my phone's browser. This played a big role because I had made sure that my delegates were selected on that website from my laptop, which they were. However, when I accessed the page from my phone's browser, the delegates were not selected.

    2. Using Microsoft Exchange: When I added a google mail/calendar account on my iphone, I had selected "Gmail" rather than "Microsoft Exchange." Up until a today, Gmail had worked just fine, but now it does not work (this is something that should be looked into). I switched to using Microsoft Exchange, and my delegates immediately appeared, and so far, no problems. While they are not the same colors as they are in my Gmail account, that's a trivial problem and I'm just happy to have all my calendars back.

I have tested deleting events on my phone and adding events on my phone and the changes have shown up on my google calendar, so it appears to be working.

I hope this helps! Good luck!

I don't use a gmail email account and but have been using the Google calendar for over a month now.  On Friday, I noticed that I can no longer view my secondary calendar from the mobile view.  I have made sure it was selected.  The desktop view has not been impacted.  I can see my secondary calendar for today's date only but not for future dates.  Any suggestions?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone js2941 10/15/12 1:54 PM
iPhone 4S, iOS6, same problems with sub-calendars not showing up on device. I have tried all the previous solutions(+others as well), multiple times, with no positive results. On two occasions the calendars would appear briefly(seconds) on the device, then disappear again. Through all the trials, the main calendar has worked.

    Thanks, Jason

Secondary calendars synced with iPhone using CalDAV are disappearing and sometimes reappearing intermittently.
This kind of problem happens with each Gmail account that I use on my domain.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone js2941 10/15/12 1:55 PM
My email account is through CableOne.net, which now uses Gmail.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Chase Allen 10/16/12 11:22 AM
I am using iOS 6 on iPhone 5 and having the same issue where my secondary Google calendars are appearing after going through the entire sync process but disappearing a few minutes afterward. Also, this is not the first time I have had this issue. This happened to me a few weeks ago with my iPhone 4 and when I get the iPhone 5 I hadn't had any issues until now...

Any idea why this is happening and when it will be fixed?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Peter Carnesciali 10/16/12 2:14 PM
I am having this problem on my iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0. I have three Google accounts, set up with Gmail on the iPhone, not Exchange. The secondary calendars will disappear and reappear randomly. I have tried deleting and re-adding the accounts, and it still does this.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jnbarnes 10/16/12 7:06 PM
    This

     * Open Calendar and let it sync, all Google events should re-appear in calendar, and stay there for now.

followed by using this to turn off, then turn on each delegated account worked.

    https://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect

iPhone 4S just upgraded to iOS 6 last week when the problem appeared (on both my phone and my wife's) . NOT an issue on my son's 3GS using iOs 5
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jnbarnes 10/16/12 7:19 PM
switch your google accounts on your iphone to use the exchange technique for getting your mail.... google has instructions. that may do it all by itself.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone atomicleda 10/17/12 12:50 PM
I'm having the opposite problem.  I have a primary calendar and two secondary calendars.  I've gone through all the steps and only my primary is set to sync with my iphone.  In the iphone itself, it's set up to sync through gmail, not exchange.

The calendars that I have unchecked in my Google settings randomly appear anyway.  They're turned off for syncing in my google account, but I can't keep them from coming back on my iphone.

I've removed the calendars from my iphone and put them back on, but it's still happening.

I have an iPhone 3GS with iOS 6. Switching Google Exchange Off and On in "Email, Contacts, Calendars" didn't work for me because all my calendar & email accounts are grayed out and uneditable for some reason, including the tabs "Add Account" and "Fetch New Data."

I tried Katherine's workaround and all the boxes were already checked.  However, my default calendar was "grayed out" and I couldn't edit it either.  Incidentally, this default calendar is the one that doesn't show up on my iPhone, but my husband's shows up twice sometimes and other times once.  Mine, however, the default calendar, does not show up at all.

I tried re-booting several times, still no change.

    Please, please, please help.

Lety G -- If you can't edit the accounts on your iPhone, that's a different problem for a different thread/group/site.

ALL -- I found something that worked for me. I can't find my original message in this thread so I'm just adding to the bottom. I don't remember where I got the original source for this but I'll say I didn't figure it out on my own.

My problem was that "secondary" calendars weren't working on iOS. I knew they were working a few months ago but I hadn't needed my secondary calendar for a while. Then all of a sudden I needed it again and it wasn't working. I had upgraded to iOS as well as iPhone 5 and wasn't sure exactly when the problem started. THE MAIN THING that was weird was that on the Google Calendar the "name" of my primary calendar is my first & last name. I know I'd seen this reflected in iOS before. However, when I was noticing the problem, the "name" of the calendar that showed in iOS was my e-mail address. I knew that meant something was wrong. I had tried all the suggestions in this thread multiple times in multiple combinations with no success.

Finally I read an article that said that the language you use makes a difference. It said the language had to be "English (US)." I went to http://m.google.com on my phone and signed-in. At the bottom of the page it said "Language: English" so I touched the link to change it. I selected the choice for "English (US)." Doing that took me back to the main Google Mobile page and at the bottom of the page it still said "Language: English" but wouldn't you know it my secondary calendar started showing-up in iOS. (Also, my main calendar had my first & last name instead of my e-mail address.) That seemed to be the fix for me. I hope it helps.

    @Google Staff

Has this issue arisen again in the last few weeks?
I thought it had been fully resolved, does it affect OS's other than iOS too?
    I'm using MeeGo-Harmattan (AKA Maemo 6x)...

    Thank-you.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Lety G 10/19/12 9:05 AM
Yes.  For me, this issue just popped up a couple of weeks ago.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone jugghead 10/19/12 9:10 AM
Is it exactly the same as orig. defined or something slightly different now?
Because I'm still struggling to see whether there's actually a problem with mine.

    Hi All,
the problem is still there. I tried a lot of things, but nothing works.

I did what you had suggested. I set here each check box correctly.
But often my secondary calendars shows up, even if they are deactivated on my preference page setting .
    This happen intermittently.

    Please, fix that!!!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone atomicleda 10/19/12 3:42 PM
I'm using an iPhone 4S running iOS 6 and have my google calendars synced through gmail and not exchange.

I've fixed my problem. I had been accessing my mobile settings via my my desktop computer in Firefox.  This time I made the same changes to my selected calendars, but I did it through my mobile browse. Now, they're working fine.  My unselected calendars are no longer randomly showing up.

Someone else give it a try and see if it works for them. I'm hoping it's not a fluke, but so far, so good!

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone InfoForum 10/20/12 9:51 AM
    Hi All,
I did what "atomicleda" suggested and I confirm that it works finally.

    Following the right procedure:

    • Select here, secondary calendars that you want, using your mobile browser (safari, chrome, ecc....)

I want to report that this procedure doesn't work using PC browser. It's a little weird but this is it, I don't know why.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone kelbeltx 10/20/12 8:33 PM
I'm on a iPhone 4, IOS6 and FINALLY got this problem resolved. I tried ALL the above solutions... syncing and resyncing, turning off the calendar and turning it back on, changing the language to "English - US," etc. What worked for me was to load Google Chrome and use that instead of Safari. Instantly resolved! Even when I go back into my Safari browser, my calendars don't show up. They are in Chrome.

Hopefully that will help you if you're still having this same problem. Incredibly frustrating but happy to have found a solution. :)
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone kelbeltx 10/20/12 8:55 PM
ETA: I didn't realize that Google Chrome can't be the default browser for iPhones. A lot of this is new to me. For now, I'm just using Chrome only for my calendar or you could event just keep it open all the time on a tab.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Double0 10/22/12 8:11 AM
I am having these issues as well. My phone continually repeats the events, to where I have about 20-30 of the same event showing up.

I even attempted to make a new account the same secondary events, and now two things happen: They don't update for the second account, and I cannot delete them on the old account. I tried uninstalling my accounts completely, going to the link and requesting to not have any of the secondary calendars update, deleting them entirely...nothing seems to work.

My calendar is unusable now because there are about 20-30 events each day, and no way to delete them.

I have a question about gmail calendar

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone chazzmac 10/22/12 3:23 PM
Katherine, I tried the 'iphoneselect' option you mentioned, however for some reason the primary account calendar (using my Gmail address) is checked, but grayed out.  All other calendars in the list are checked and all are accessible on my home computer & laptop.  My iPhone is a different story.... when I click on the Google Calendar app, today's calendar appears, my Gmail address is confirmed as the 'login' and my password info is correct, but even so, I continually get the "No events scheduled" message and have NO access to ANY of the calendars there. When I check the 'settings' tab on my iPhone, every calendar appears, except the one that bears the Gmail account name. As a photographer, my calendars are always changing and have become the life-blood of my business, but I currently have no mobile access to any of this information.  Please help.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Eldonna Hazen 10/22/12 9:07 PM
I am having the same issue with the Samsung Galaxy.  On Saturday, I lost all of my secondary calendars.  Currently I can only get my primary calendar to show.  I have tried re-saving, re-starting.  I've tried everything I think to do.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone BitrSweet 10/23/12 9:27 AM
I actually lost my PRIMARY calendar. I could see all of my secondary calendars, but my primary calendar was gone. Only on my iPhone, not my iPad. Only one Exhange, not when I loaded it through Gmail. I tried everything that I've seen mentioned. Today I was playing around with the settings on my calendar on the Google calendar website, and suddenly my calendar appeared!!! The one major thing I did was to RESET PRIVATE URLs. I wonder if that's what needs to be done for everyone else? Just an idea to try!!! Good luck everyone!

    Hi all,

It looks like there are a few different issues being reported in this thread, so please take a look at the info below that's specific to your situation. Try the steps out, and if they don't work for you, post back here with the requested info so we can take a look at what might be going on:

    For iPhone users:
    • If you're syncing using CalDAV, please make sure that you have all the calendars you want to view selected for syncing by visiting http://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect
    • If you're using ActiveSync, make sure you have all the calendars you want to view selected for syncing by visiting m.google.com/sync on your device
    • If the above steps don't work for you, please let us know and post:
      • Method you're using to sync your iPhone (CalDAV or ActiveSync)
      • iOS version
For mobile browser users (those accessing their calendars by visiting google.com/calendar in their mobile device's browser):
    • In Settings, there is a known issue that is causing the primary calendar not to appear. On refresh, the primary calendar appears, but no secondary calendars appear. The workaround is to refresh in order to see the desired calendars listed in Settings. As long as the calendars are checked, their events should appear in the calendar view.
    • If you're still having problems with your mobile browser, please let us know and post the exact symptoms you're experiencing.
    For Android users:
    • Please make sure that the calendars you want to view are selected by going to your app's settings and ensuring the proper accounts and calendars are synced.
    • If you're still having problems, please let us know and post your:
      • Device
      • Version of Android your device is running (About my phone > Version)
      • Calendar app you're using
    Thanks,
    Alice

    iPhone 4S

I've tried w/ both CalDav and Sync (via Exchange) and I continue to experience this issue w/ disappearing and reappearing calendars.

I noticed if you go to the native iOS calendar app and go into Calendars (where you can set visibility) and click "refresh" at the bottom, the calendars will sometimes disappear and reappear there as well? This only happens w/ my Google Calendars (not Exchange or other IMAP connected accounts)

I have an iphone 4.  I am a mobile web browser.  About a week ago my secondary calenders stopped showing up on my phone.  I tried the above listed steps and only the primary calendar continues to show up.  When I click on desktop mode I can see all my calendars, but I prefer the format in the mobile mode.  Any fixes?
    Thanks
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Andy Armstrong 10/27/12 9:12 PM
My wife and I have had trouble with our calendars for at least a month after two years with no difficulties. I've tried the workarounds mentioned and none of them seem to work. We are both using iOS 6 and are using ActiveSync. We both have individual calendars as well as a single shared family calendar, and it is the latter which is coming and going for us. Old events are lingering long after they are deleted, new events sometimes show up but sometimes don't, newly created events disappear before they make it into the actual calendar etc. At this point it is very hard to rely on our calendar apps on our phones, so we are forced to go to Google Calendar to see what is truly scheduled.

Please let me know if there's any more information I can give you. We would love to get back to our trouble free family calendar!

    Thanks,

With me, my iPad is showing four out of five of my selected calendars.  My iPhone only shows the main calendar.  I also find it interesting that my iPhone does not show the correct name for my main calendar ("General"), but has it named with my gmail address.  Both devices are updated with the latest iOS, and both are using identical settings through Exchange.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Ricky Maveety 10/29/12 5:14 PM
Update.  Going through the m.google/sync process through my iPhone appears to have fixed the problem on that device.  Why that was not necessary on my iPad remains a mystery.  Resetting private URLs did nothing, and neither did accessing any of the recommended sites from my PC.

As far as I know, I was using CalDav, but acting as though I was using ActiveSync did something.  Go figure.  Oh, and iOS 6.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone tokyodave 11/7/12 10:24 PM
Me three. I noticed that my calendars show up in the list of calendars on the iPhone calendar app, but for some of them, their items do NOT show up in my calendar. I tried reelecting them as mentioned, but after the phone updated, no change. One of then is US Holidays, but they do not appear in the calendar.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Gregger 11/8/12 8:49 AM
    Alice,

I've tried all of the suggested fixes listed here (and a few others not listed) since upgrading to iOS 6 back in September.  Some seem to temporarily fix the issue, but it always comes back.

    iPhone 5 & iPad 3rd gen
    iOS 6 on both
Prefer ActiveSync for push functionality, but have tried CalDAV too. Neither works properly.
Use m.google.com/sync to select which calendars to sync

I also had a strange (possibly related, maybe not) issue pop up today.  A calendar alert for an all day event showed up with the incorrect date.  The actual event in all of my calendars (iPhone, iPad & Google) is set for Nov 14, but the alert that showed up on both my iPhone and iPad showed the date as Nov 15.

And, in addition to the disappearing/reappearing calendars, I'm also having issues with calendar alerts for random recurring events not transferring to either iOS device from Google calendar.  I've edited, deleted and recreated certain events, but the alert will not show up on the iOS devices even though it's in Google calendar.  As with everything else, some work... some don't.

One last note:  there seems to be no correlation between which calendars or alerts work on the iPhone vs the iPad... for example, calendar #1 shows up on iPad, but not iPhone but the opposite is sometimes true for calendar #2.

Hope this info helps.  Looking forward to a solution!

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Cal G 11/15/12 9:15 AM
I have an iPhone 4s, iOS 6.0.1, using CalDav to sync with my Google calendar.

Just recently, I noticed that new Calendar entries that I put into Google are not appearing on my iPhone.  Also, any changes that I make to existing entries in Google are not getting changed on my iPhone.  However, if I delete a Calendar entry, it deletes fine from my iPhone.  I update a calendar in Outlook and send invites to each of my family's Google calendars, so that I can keep everyone updated to all events.  This has worked fine until just recently (past week or so).

I have tried all the suggestions listed, and I have reinstalled CalDAV on my iPhone - still no luck.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone venturaeagle 11/15/12 9:34 AM
@KatherineG.  This issue continues for me on iPhone 4s running iOS6 using CalDAV via  https://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect.(not Exchange sync).  I want to incorporate 2 of "My calendars" and 4 "Shared calendars." Four out of these 6 calendars generally sync. However, typically, 2 of the read-only shared calendars (US Holidays and Jewish Holidays) randomly decide to appear in the sync list, or not, depending, perhaps on the barometric pressure or the phase of the moon.  Not catastrophic  but very annoying. Any progress on resolution?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone José Nuno Vasco 11/15/12 12:07 PM
My "Other Calendars" - i use a bunch, like Holidays, Sports, whatever, - are doing that same thing on Mac (Apple Calendar)! They just appear when they want... Quite weird! But it's been worse since they weren't appearing at all. I feel we'll have a decent fix available pretty soon. At least, that's what i hope!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Luche 11/15/12 1:56 PM
My iPad calendar is OK, it is the MacbookPro Calendar where it gets really nasty! Dissappearing then reappearing calendars (it is a matter of minutes...with all reminders activating again after reapperance..),  all of them from our Google Apps account. Is there anybody working on Mac issue, too?

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone David Bruce XLII 11/18/12 4:16 PM
Still experiencing the issue as well, in Apple Calendar 6.0 (1645), some times Google additional calendars appear along with my primary Google calendar, sometimes they don't.  The secondary calendars that appear are the ones checked via: https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect.  On the iPhone and iPad (both iOS6), secondary calendars appear and disappear rather quickly, every time I pull up the Calendar app and show the displayed calendars.  The  displayed calendars don't necessarily match the ones chosen via syncselect.

From your iPhone Safari browser, go to m.google.com/sync   and select the calendars you want to sync.  Done.  After HOURS of trying to get my secondary Google Calendars to show up on my new iPhone 5 iOS 6.1, this link (not the one referenced by Katherine) worked for me to sync my iPhone (Exchange) Google calendars---SWEET!

Going to m.google.com/sync  or https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect has no effect, other then when the calendars do show up, the ones selected via syncselect show up.  My understanding is that  m.google.com/sync only effects the Google mobile apps, not Apple iCal.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone lyon station 11/26/12 10:08 AM
    I second Daniel above.

I have 8 calendars that I use as delegates. I usually check and make active the 3 or 4 that I use regularly so they show up in ical. This has worked fine for me before. But recently I have noticed that iCal attempts (sometimes successfully) to sync with the calendars on my wifi connected iPod. This ends up doubling my calendars when it does work, but if I were to rely on it as my primary calendar, I would go through blackout periods.

I am also getting intermittent 404 messages that a lot of my delgates have incorrect URLs, but they are correct.

    Any workarounds?

    Thanks
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Arrgg!! 11/26/12 10:30 AM

I'm having this problem on my MacBook Pro. For 6+ months a secondary calendar I have shared with all of my colleagues (with read and write privileges) has been displayed in the Delegates section of my iCal. Suddenly, it wants to pop in and out of my user account section, creating double entries displayed for everything on it. If I unselect the delegate version, there aren't doubles, but since it only randomly appears in my accounts section, I have to refresh until it shows up if I want to see it. The doubles are visible on a coworkers computer who has the same system, but don't seem to be visible to those that use PCs. I have deleted all calendars and re-linked them, re-synced them, it is still an issue. Thanks for any suggestions!

I use share google calendars with several office mates to schedule appointments by offices available.  The google calendar is disappearing off my phone and laptop and is beyond frustrating.  I live my life by this calendar and often need to go back to check on appts.  I need some way to manage this.  It's beyond frustrating!

When I try this on my iPad 2, I can't even see my google calendar listed to choose it as a default. When I go to the select calendars link, my calendar is checked but grayed out - I can't check or uncheck it. The calendar is still working on my phone, and had been working on the iPad until recently. Have not upgraded iOS so I don't knw what caused the problem. This is so aggravating! None of the solutions here have helped unfortunately.

    Any update on this issue?

[Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Mitch Gittelman 12/2/12 5:48 AM
I have tried this and it works for a few seconds then reverts to only displaying a subset of my Google Exchange Calendars.

Nothing changes when viewed on MacBook. The "missing calendar" is lost both in the Apple native calendar app and also in Calvetica, a third party calendar app.

When calendars are viewed via Google directly on my iPhone I see ALL calendars. Re-synching does not correct the problem. Thanks.

Why are they always so retarded that they cannot clearly articulate:

    2)
What platform (Android/iOS/mobile_browser etc) they're using

Syncing calendars with an exchange account isn't working properly, none of the calendars are showing up in my iOS calendar and reselecting has no effect.

iPad 3, iOS 6.0.1, gmail set up as exchange account.
Setting up as gmail works properly, but doesn't allow all features as exchange.

While none of the suggestions in this thread worked for me...the following will definitely work, and solve the problem for good.

Using your your iPhone browser and type in (exactly) : https://m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/  This will take you to the "Google Sync Manage Your Devices" page.  You may see devices you've synched with google from years ago listed here (mine went back to 2008) but the device most recent is at the top of the list.  Simply click the arrow to the right of this device and you'll see the same set of secondary calendars that are listed everywhere else you've tried (according to this thread), where they were checked off and still didn't sync.  This time, however, the boxes are all unchecked...so check off the secondary calendars you want displayed.

Go back to your iOS calendar, click on "Calendars" at the top left of the MONTH view and you should see all your calendars.  You can change the colors by clicking on the arrow to the right of each calendar.

This URL will most likely work for any other mobile device having this problem.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/5/12 9:42 PM
Note: you may have to press the SYNC icon at the bottom left of the page.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone AndrewBN 12/6/12 5:16 AM
GREAT work Larry. I had the exact same problem you were having, that fixed it. I knew that page existed but I couldn't find it and Google certainly wasn't any help getting there.

Thanks Larry.  It worked like a charm.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Ryan Petty [Evio Group] 12/6/12 2:19 PM

Thanks Larry for this URL.  For my Google Apps domain(s), this URL lead me to:

    http://m.google.com/sync

(I was logged into my Google Apps account and I have it setup using the Gmail setup option NOT as Exchange).

    This lead to:

    http://www.google.com/sync/index.html

From there I selected Calendar and then "Sync with a Mobile Device"  then "Sync with an Apple device" which finally lead to:

    https://support.google.com/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=151674&topic=13950&ctx=topic

From there I was able to select the calendar and then save.

Here are the instructions from that page:

    Sync your Apple device

CalDAV is an internet standard that’s used to sync Google Calendar with your Apple iOS devices (including iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) and iCal.

To sync with your device, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Settings application on your device's home screen
    2. Open Mail, Contacts, Calendars
    3. Select Add Account...
    4. Select Gmail
    5. Enter your account information:
    • In the Name field, enter your name as you'd like it to appear to others.
    • In the Email field, enter your full Google Account or Google Apps email address.
    • In the Password field, enter your Google Account or Google Apps password.
    • In the Description field, enter a description of the calendar (e.g. "Personal Calendar").
    • Select Next at the top of your screen.
    • Make sure the Calendars option is turned on.

After you've completed setup, open the Calendar app on your device. Syncing will automatically begin.

By default, only your primary calendar will be synced with your device. If you have additional calendars you’d like to sync, follow the instructions below.

    Sync Multiple Calendars

The selected calendars will be displayed on your device at the time of the next sync.

    Requirements

Syncing via CalDAV is only available for Apple devices running software version 3.0 or higher. Here’s how to check your software version:

    1. Tap Settings on your device's home screen
    2. Tap General
    3. Tap About
    4. Your device's software version is listed next to Version

To upgrade to the latest software version, follow the instructions atwww.apple.com/iphone/softwareupdate.

From there I could select the calendars I want to sync and they show up under calendars on my iPhone 5 (iOS 6.0.1).  I repeated the process for each Google Apps domain.

Hope this helps anyone with Google Apps.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone danielcrealty 12/6/12 2:21 PM
    Hello,

I am using the exchange on my new iPhone 5. My iPad has the same settings exactly as my iphone and my iPhone 4S was working properly, no matter what I do - calendar select, delete and re-add, sync options, Only my main calendars show up...

    Any hints?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/6/12 3:38 PM
@danielcrealty: If you've tried synching the new iPhone 5 and only your main calendar displays, then the following should work fine for you.  This was the same situation that I had and it fixed it.

Using your your iPhone browser and type in (exactly) : https://m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/  This will take you to the "Google Sync Manage Your Devices" page.  You may see devices you've synched with google from years ago listed here (mine went back to 2008) but the device most recent is at the top of the list and the one you've most recently synched.  Simply click the arrow to the right of this device and you'll see the same set of secondary calendars that are listed everywhere else you've tried (according to this thread), where they were checked off and still didn't sync.  This time, however, the boxes should all be unchecked with the exception of your primary calendar...so check off the secondary calendars you want displayed.

Go back to your iOS calendar, click on "Calendars" at the top left of the MONTH view and you should see all your calendars.  If they don't show up right away, click the SYNC icon at the bottom left of the page.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/6/12 3:42 PM
@Ryan: you'll get what you encountered if you have NOT tried to do a sync on the iPhone (or any device).  If you've already done a sync and only your primary calendar shows up, then going to the URL I provided should work fine.  In my own case (Google Apps and already did a sync on the iPhone 5) following the instructions provided in what you've posted put me into an endless loop (as it should have), but it will work fine for anyone having not done a Google Sync on their device yet.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone APurser 12/6/12 7:36 PM
Larry, thanks for posting that, after racking my brain on this for hours, it worked.  Google needs to create an easier way to get to this screen so that you can get the configuration right when you get a new phone.

    Thanks!!!!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/6/12 9:06 PM
@APurser: you're very welcome!  I remember having this problem several years ago and when I had it again recently with the iPhone 5 I had to dig around until I found it.  Now it's safely stored in Evernote!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Ryan Petty [Evio Group] 12/6/12 9:49 PM
Larry, following the link you provided, I got a page that describes Google Sync (see attached).  I'm not in an endless loop (at least I don't think I am).  Regardless, thanks for your post.  It's clearly helping a lot of folks, I'm just wondering why I got a screen that looks very different than the one you describe.  I see something like you described here: https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect.  Just trying to clarify in case I run into a problem down the road.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone laluffi 12/7/12 5:36 AM
    Hi!

I have an ipad 2, which was set up as an Exchange client. The additional calendar suddendly disappeared...

    Problem 1
After following your syncing tips the additional calendar appeared again, but just for events planned after September.
I fiddled more with m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/welcome but I didn't sort it out.
Then I've deleted the "Exchange" account and configured a "Gmail" account but still no luck. I still see only recent events. I've not set any filter in the calendar client.

    Problem 2
Same as above, but with Nokia 701. Everything worked for almost one year then stopped in the very moment the Ipad did.
On the Google's sync page I even can't see the multiple calendars configuration tab.

    Any advice?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/7/12 6:31 AM
@Ryan: that is the page you should get if you have not done a previous Google Sync on your iPhone (or whatever the mobile device is).  After you do your first Google Sync try going back to that link and it will be the correct one, and you'll only have the one device on it.  This also indicates you most likely have not had any other mobile devices configured with Google Sync (at least under your current email address or Google Account) or the page would resolve and the devices would be listed.  Just guessing...but I think this is correct.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/7/12 6:35 AM
@laluffi: there must be something else going on in your case, or the two devices wouldn't have stopped working at the same time.  I'll look around and post back if I find anything.  Regarding the Gmail account...you'll be much happier with setting up Gmail as an Exchange Account (even if it sounds counter intuitive) as push will work better and you'll have mail, calendar and contacts all coming from the same source.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone laluffi 12/7/12 7:10 AM
i remember that I just opened the calendar application on my ipad and tapped over an event, then everything disappeared. As I synced my phone all was gone as well.

Now I reprogrammed my account as an Exchange one but it's still the same: only events after September.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Gayle Larson 12/11/12 8:31 AM
I have been pulling my hair our since early October with this.  My mobile calendars (iphone 4s and ipad) are unstable.  I saw Larry's posts in the past week or so and was hopeful this was the key to solving my problem! Went to the https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect page on both devices. I expected my calendar boxes to be UN ticked, but they were ticked, so I saved the settings anyway and went back to the mobile calendars on each device.  Miraculously, my calendars seemed to be synced with the desktop and stable!!!  And they have remained stable for the past 4-5 days (although I still have to check the desktop version because...well you know, I've thought all was fixed several times in the past!). Got up this morning and I am back to no events scheduled for today on one device.  A handful of missing events on the other.  Upon refreshing, the updates made yesterday on the desktop version have not been made. Went back to the same URL, same results - all calendars ticked, but my calendars are screwed up again.  I don't understand!!!  Larry - any suggestions???  When I first starting using google calendar, I didn't need to hard sync the devices with my laptop.  Do I need to do that?  Is there a secret sync button I don't know about? I feel like I am going crazy!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Gayle Larson 12/11/12 8:43 AM
oddly enough.....i just remembered that i deleted the Chrome App from both devices ...may have been yesterday.  I've not been accessing my calendar via chrome, been using the google app (big blue lowercase g, then clicking on the large number 31).  Just reinstalled chrome on both devices.  Some events are back, on one device; others still missing on the other.  I continue to be in calendar hell and unable to trust the mobile applications.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/11/12 10:38 AM
@Gayle: you should never have to do a hard sync to keep your Google calendars in sync with your mobile device.  Additionally, though I have Chrome installed, it's not turned on and I use Safari most of the time so it can't be an issue of Chrome not being used.  It sounds from your second post that things might be restoring themselves. Let me know if they're not.

All you people out there that are having problems with your google calendars on iphone OS6 the problem is not Google it is the safari browser.
    The fix is as below
    1) Download Google Chrome Browser from the app Store (Free)
    2) Open Browser
    3) search for google Calendar
    4) open Calendar
    5) Bookmark Calendar
    6) get rid of Google Calendar APP on home screen
    7) whenever you want the calendar access it through Chrome Browser
    8) FIXED!!!!    YOU Will have no more problems... It was not GOOGLE that created the error It was APPLE with there incomplete Browser (Safari)
You can tell which browser is open by the menu bars are at the top on Chrome and refresh is instant..
Good Luck!! It only took me 3 Months to discover a Fix
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Matthew Levinson 12/11/12 5:25 PM
    Cute.

But doesn't give an integrated calendar - I use the native calendar app on my iphone to merge work (Outlook Exchange) and two Google calendars (including a secondary one that I share).

I've never had a problem with this before, but just got a replacement iphone 4s and now it doesn't work.

I have a Google Apps account (I'm the admin) - can see both calendars on the desktop or via browser.

On the syncselect page, both Google calendars are ticked, but whether I press save or not, nothing happens - i.e. I can't see the secondary calendar.

    Any tips?

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Matthew Levinson 12/11/12 5:26 PM
Now that's weird - I just posted something and it immediately came up as "deleted"?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Matthew Levinson 12/11/12 5:29 PM
I use the native iphone calendar app to integrate a work calendar (Outlook) and 2 Google calendars (secondary calendar is shared with someone else).

Has worked in the past, but got a replacement iphone 4s this week and now it doesn't.

I have a Google Apps account (I'm admin) and can see both calendars in the browser.

At the syncselect page, I can see both calendars ticked. But whether I hit save or not, it makes no difference - I can't see the calendars on the iphone calendar.

    Any tips?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Matthew Levinson 12/11/12 5:36 PM
This is exactly my problem. It's really driving me crazy!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/11/12 6:12 PM
Sorry Dave, but moving to Chrome is NOT the fix.  I had Chrome installed when this whole mess started and that's when I found the link that I posted that fixed mine, and many others folks problem.  I use both Chrome and Safari and even though I'm a Mac computer person I used Google Apps and the Google Cloud.  I used to use Chrome until the latest version of Safari which truly blows Chrome away.  Just search for a comparison between the two.

BTW, no one has ever blamed Google for this problem, but I think it's strange that I had to find the answer (that has worked for so many people, both here and on other sites I frequent) and a Google representative never once chimed in here to solve the problem.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Matthew Levinson 12/11/12 7:34 PM
@larry when I follow that link it takes me to a generic page?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/11/12 8:06 PM
Matthew, the only reason you should see something other than what I described earlier in this thread is if you have a phone that doesn't support Google Sync, but that isn't your case.  Are you sure you're going https://m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/ using your iPhone?  I can go there on my iPhone 5 or my wife's iPhone 4S and I get the correct page.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Matthew Levinson 12/11/12 8:39 PM
@larry strange, redirects to www.google.com/sync/index.html for me. Do I need to delete the calendar account and start from scratch, or something else?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/11/12 8:52 PM
Not sure why it's doing that...I just tried my iPhone 5 again and it still takes me to the correct page.  Out of curiosity, have you setup the phone for Google Sync yet?  You have to do this first.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/11/12 8:54 PM
...to amplify, go to the page you're redirected to (http://www.google.com/sync/index.html) and follow the link to sync to a mobile device and set it setup first...if you haven't already.  What will probably then happen is you'll get only your primary Google calendar, after which you can go to the other URL that I posted earlier.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Matthew Levinson 12/12/12 2:33 AM
OK I have no idea what happened, because I did nothing new - but somehow that's worked! Thanks so much Larry, much appreciated.

    @Matthew: glad it worked!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Jacki Lynch 12/12/12 5:28 AM
I can't get multiple calendars to show up on my iPhone 5. I've always had multiple calendars, but I recently got my phone replaced and now they won't show up. When I go to the website mentioned above, all my desired calendars are selected. I've tried deleting the exchange account and re-adding it, un-selecting all the calendars in the iphone select site and then re-selecting them, and rebooting my iPhone.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/12/12 5:39 AM
@Jacki: all the mobile devices you own (or have ever owned) that have ever been synched using Google Sync are listed at  https://m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/.  So, most likely your new phone hasn't been synched yet and what you're seeing at this URL is your old phone.  Try going to http://www.google.com/sync/index.html and follow the link to sync a mobile device and set up Google Sync on your new phone.  What will probably then happen is you'll still see only your primary Google calendar, after which you can go to the other URL that I posted earlier and your new phone should be there WITHOUT the secondary calendars checked.  Click on the arrow to the right of your phone and check your secondary calendars, save, and then go back to your calendar on the phone and see if they appear.  You may have to click on the SYNC icon at the lower right of the calendars page to make them appear the first time.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Jacki Lynch 12/12/12 7:19 AM
Thanks. that worked. I just had to go to the first website, select my iphone, and there was a list of my calendars...not selected.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/13/12 7:08 AM
@Ron: Go to http://www.google.com/sync/index.html and follow the link to sync a mobile device and set up Google Sync on your new phone.  Then press the SYNC icon at the bottom left of the Google Calendars page.  Next, go to https://m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/ and select your iPhone and check all the calendars you want to sync.  Click on SAVE and return to the Google Calendars page on your iPhone and all the calendars should be listed.  If not, press the SYNC icon again.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Reid Monaghan 12/15/12 5:55 AM
Larry the good advice you are giving works...but then later calendars still disappear. When it happens the calendar shows as unchecked in the app. You can recheck it but, then it has to fully repopulate that calendar to the device - it takes time so you see nothing for quite some time. Very odd bug - not sure whose problem as there are pieces from Google, Microsoft and Apple in play.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/15/12 6:15 AM
@Reid: must be some other parameters at play here as I've only had to do this once in my case.  Note that awhile back I changed my configuration on the iPhone 5 to use CalDAV and CardDAV instead of letting the Exchange account manage my Google Contacts and Calendars with my Google Apps account being synched to the phone.  This might be something you should try as CalDAV is better than Google Sync in this regard and does the same thing.

Configuration is simple: go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then your Google Apps account...turn off Calendar.  Then go back one page and select "Add Account" - "Other" - "Add CalDAV" Account".  Server is "www.google.com", add your login info, name it, and you're done.  I think you'll find this much better than pulling it through a Google Apps account and it's the same info.  Google has just announced a couple of days ago it's getting out of the ActiveSync business at the end of this year, so they obviously want people to move to the CalDAV and CardDAV solutions.

FWIW, I also turned off "Contacts" in my Google Apps account on the iPhone also and setup a similar account (as above) except you choose "Add CardDAV" and the rest is the same.

    This worked for me.

Clear instructions to set up CalDAV can also be found here (including screenshots for each step to be taken):
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone venturaeagle 12/18/12 8:59 AM
As Google announced over the weekend, they'll no longer be supporting Exchange synch soon. http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2012/12/winter-cleaning.html

At any rate, the difficulties that I had been having with CalDAV seem to have solved the last several days. (It should be noted that I'm fetching updates to my iPhone manually to save battery power.)
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Jan Stahl 12/18/12 9:08 PM
Is this a different type of sync than just simply selecting the "gmail" option when adding a new account and then turning calendars on?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone larrymcjunkin 12/19/12 3:34 AM
@Jan: there is a much better way.  Use CardDAV for Google Contacts and CalDAV for Google Calendars.  Setup each individually by selecting "Add New Account" - "Other" - and then CalDAV or CardDav, fill in your Google Credentials, use "google.com" for the server in either case, then name it what you want.

NOTE: if you use Exchange for your Gmail itself, then turn off Contacts and Calendars under your Gmail or Google Apps account BEFORE you do the above steps as they'll now be populated by CardDAV and CalDAV.  This will eliminate duplicates.

Another note...I would use Exchange for your Gmail and not the Gmail option itself when setting up your account as you'll get true push notifications.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Jan Stahl 12/19/12 7:35 AM
Larry, or anyone, why is it better to separately set up calendars with CalDAV rather than with the default gmail settings? What protocol is being used when you use the gmail setup?

Also, when I use the CalDAV settings, I'm getting some events from a calander I used to subscribe to but no longer do. They are associated with my main calendar but I don't see them on the web version of gcal, only the mobile one. Any idea why that's happening?

@Jan: CalDAV and CardDAV are both a more stable way of synching your Gmail contacts and calendars with your iPhone...and Google highly recommends this method over any of their other methods.  Also, if you've setup your phone with "Gmail" you really should delete that account and configure it again using Exchange as the option when you first add a new email account.  Even Google recommends doing it like this.  This will give you true PUSH notifications (you'll see email the moment it's sent rather than waiting on Gmail to do an update every 15 minutes or so.  PUSH is "much" better.

When you setup your Gmail account using an Exchange configuration turn off Calendar and Contacts and just keep Mail when you're on that setup page.  Then do what I explained earlier for Contacts and Calendar.  The reason you're not getting the calendars you want to display is you'll need to go back to the URL I mention earlier in this thread and check (or uncheck) the Google calendars you want (or don't want) and then the correct ones will display on your phone.  Remember to go to that URL using your phone.

Thanks so much, for taking the time to post this, not only did it fix something that had me tearing out my hair, thinking I, did something, but I sent it to my son, who is the IT for a large company, as well as for all the family, and now he can spread it around. Just a thought....how come you could fix it, but Google, who's calendar it is, is still working on it ?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Bob Rhodes 1/1/13 7:52 AM
I'm new to this thread, though I'm having the same issue with both of my iOS (6.0.1) devices (iPad 3rd gen & iPhone 4S). Interestingly, it is the same calendar items missing on both devices, and they all appear to be all-day events on the same secondary calendar.  Also of note is that the same appointments are missing from the Calendar app on my Mac (10.8.2).  And finally, the missing appointments were (I think - there are a lot of them) all imported from an .ics file.  I'm hopeful for resolution as this is terribly inconvenient!

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Lars Jakobsen 1/2/13 12:20 PM
This is very interesting. I just today setup google calendar on my iPhone 4 (iOS 6.01) and my wife's iPhone 3GS (also iOS 6.01). As it should be clear by now, Google revoked the support for Google Sync in December '12 and the support for Exchange sync will be revokes by end of January '13.
I have tried many (if not all) of the of the remedies described in this thread and elsewhere. But as of this evening, I have experienced disappearing calendar entries on my wife's iPhone when they are assigned Google calender instead of the iOS calendar (cumbersomely done entry by entry as long as Apple does not provide a simple export tool from the iOS environment). They are indeed present on the web-based Google calender on our home computer. The exact same entries are (of cause) not to be found on my iPhone either, when I have setup my wife's Google calendar as shared on my Google calendar. To me it seems that the'res something flawed with the CalDAV implementation. I then tried to enter new entries in my wife's web calendar - it should be no surprise that they did not show up on any of the iPhones (or my iPad for that sake).
It seems that she's not allowed to have entries from Nov 30th on the Goggle calendar on any of our devices. I'll keep an open eye on their eventual reappearence (or disappearence of other entires).

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Lars Jakobsen 1/3/13 1:02 AM
Just as a follow-up - this morning I set up the calendar on my HTC Incredible as a multicalendar - including my Outlook calendar, my Google calendar and two subscribed calendars - and the same activities in my wife's calendar on November 30th did not show up here as well - this is definitely not an iOS issue - but a Google issue.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Gayle Larson 1/4/13 9:15 PM
I'm sure I need not explain to all those subscribed to this thread how incredibly frustrating this "snag" has been in the last few months.  Every now and again I come here to look at all the fixes people post and try them - and retry them, as they seem to recycle themselves!  In my last post, I wondered if my problems had been casued by removing the chrome app from my mobile devices (ipad3, iphone 4s). I quickly readded the app, but the calendars were still screwed up, meaning two were available, but two were still awol despite being "checked" in the settings screen. I have been able to live with subpar only becasue my two most important calendars were the ones available to me on my mobile devices. I should mention that i have been using the big blue "g" as my portal to getting into the calendar, and then selecting the big "31".  As with many of you, after much cranking and thinking by the mobile device, sometimes I get the "no events scheduled" message, sometimes I get the complete schedule of 2/4 calendars.  Three days ago, I decided to use the Chrome app (multicolor circle-thingy) as the portal to access the calendar. LO AND BEHOLD.....all four calendars showed up. I have hesitated to post anything here becasue so many times I have thought I've been made whole only to be disppointed a few minutes or a day later. All I know is that for now if I go in through Chrome all is well with the world and my google calendars.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone simplesi75 1/7/13 7:17 PM
FYI, This problem still working on my wife's iphone 4S.  I think I fixed it a few months ago my turning off (deleting) the offending google apps calendar, and then turning it back on and letting sync, as per Gweronimos solution on page one.
Problem back again apparently, so I've told her to try that, we'll see what happens.

    Whats the go Google?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone td2501 1/9/13 11:42 AM
This did not fix my problem.

The problem is that anytime the calendar is changed on an event after creating the event - the sync STOPS working completely between iphone and google calendar. IF I switch the event back to the original calendar that was used when event was created - then it starts syncing again. (I have 3 calendars under 1 google email account)

When I enter my events on my iPad, I put them under my google acct so I can see them on my phone.  I just noticed that everything on my iPad prior to Dec. 10th is not showing up.  I have verified that everything is synching correctly, but the problem still isn't fixed. I am a novice at all of this stuff, and any help would be really appreciated.  Thanks
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone judcol57 1/10/13 9:45 AM
I don't know if this will solve everyone's problems but I just did a search for a Google Calendar app and discovered (a free) one with rave reviews by CalenMob.  It took no time to find all my google calendars (9) and even used the right color for each (though more vibrant -- eye catching!).  It seems to have solved all problems and goes back a year (perhaps more, haven't experimented much with it yet).  It allows me to change everyone's calendar.  It syncs to/from my iPad immediately.  Good luck everyone!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone amandalynn01 1/10/13 10:18 AM
Thank you so much.  Yes I was able to retrieve my old events.  Now if I can just figure a way to have the iPad calendar see those.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Kaitlyn Jakola 1/13/13 3:44 PM
The workaround is not working for me on my iPhone 5, although my iPad is able to view all secondary calendars, no problem. For my iPhone, I have deleted and re-added Exchange account multiple times with no luck. On one try, I got the calendars to show up for about thirty seconds, but as soon as I switched to Settings and then back to Calendar, they had disappeared again.

In Settings, the only calendar that appears is my default calendar, which is associated with my Google account. On the iPad, each calendar exists separately and can be chosen as the default calendar. I have checked and re-checked to ensure the settings on both iPad and iPhone are the same, and they are, but with different results. This is endlessly frustrating, as I can't whip out my iPad every time I need to check my calendar, and if my data connection is spotty the calendar sometimes won't open up in the browser.

I tried this fix on my iPhone 4 (yea, I know, it's old) and it didn't work...  My main calendar always shows events, but none of my other calendars (work, school, family shared calendars, etc.) ever show events.  I don't use iCal, I just use Google's mobile view.  If, from my iPhone, I switch to the full view, all of the events are visible.  It's something specific to mobile view.  Any suggestions?

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Yusu 1/20/13 1:28 PM
Is there any update on that?
Totally crippled, I have tried every possible solution, including the multi-calendar enablement on https://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect, deleting and restablishing my gmail calendar sync based on  support.google.com/mobile/answer, and many other workarounds I've already forgotten, to no avail.
Based on the input from people on this forum, success is pretty random...is there ETA to resolution?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Al1969 1/22/13 7:32 AM
I was having the same issue here, well almost.

Ipad would sync with google, iphone 4s would not. Looked through the settings, all OK, went onto Iphone select webpage, all ok, all calendars selected.

What resolved the issue was going into settings, into the calendar account and actually typing in my password again!

It seemed that while doing a recent update, the password was not copied and so while the settings were correct, the iphone did not have the password to give it access to the google account therefore the calendars could not be updated!

I'm sure you might have tried this, but if not, it's worth a go!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Lindsey Struck 1/22/13 9:40 AM
I've had the reverse issue - I can view all of my calendars on my iphone, but one of those calendars has suddenly disappeared from my desktop. At first, there was an error syncing this particular calendar. When I refreshed the window, the calendar was gone.

The solution is easy after months of trying to fix..
    download chrome
    open chrome
all your calendars will be there once you sign in
after always open chrome first the way you can tell is chrome has 3 or 4 horizontal lines in upper right and safari does not
the error is not google calendar but a bug in the safari browser...
    hope this helps you....

My issue with disappearing calendars is in the iPhones calendar app, and has nothing to do with safari.

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone MadDog63 1/24/13 10:08 AM
It's is only a temporary fix. I have been doing this at least once a day for weeks. This is horrible. I'm syncing with gmail Exchange.
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone MadDog63 1/24/13 10:21 AM
This has nothing to do with Safari. It is happening on Android as well. We are talking about syncing the iPhone calendar app with Google and in my case using the Exchange interface. I can't believe this has been broken for several months and it still is not fixed.

None of the workarounds in this forum work for me except turning off calendar syncing for the effected calendar and turning it back on.  This is slow and then it breaks again in a few hours. PAINFUL!!!!

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone electronicsguy 1/27/13 9:34 PM
This issue persists with the following config:

    iphone 5, ios 6.0.2

have synced-desync-resync multiple times and selected the multiple calendars on the google sync mobile website using my iphone.

the items stay there for some days, then suddenly disappear. the only way to get them back is to go into ios settings/calendars/ turn off and on again the google caldav calendars.

google - any update as to what is the root cause of this problem?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone wdcampbell3 1/30/13 1:37 AM
So psyched! Just figured out my particular issue:

Even if your shared calendars are checked here:
    https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect

They might not be under your specific devices, which are listed here:
    https://m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/device

Seems like an overlapping option set, Google!

    ;))

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Leo K. SIMON 1/30/13 4:05 AM
Agreed, I fixed my problem via m.google.com/sync/settings also.     All of the web traffic points you to syncselect.     It would be nice if google could (a) tidy this up (b) have a clear set of instructions on the web as to how to fix this problem

    Everything is synced nicely now!

     shared calendars are checked here:

    https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect

    and here:
    https://m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/device

I deleted the exchange account for google cal sync and reboot iphone

I get some but not all entries for shared calendars, iOS 6.1

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone craftscout 2/11/13 5:56 PM
So, six months later and this is still a problem?  I have tried all of the workarounds, even the "download Chrome" one, on the off chance that my shared calendars will stop disappearing on me.  I have to visit that m.google.com/sync . . .site every month to get one or more of my calendars to start showing up again, and now THAT isn't even working.  I was wondering if this would be something fixed by upgrading my iOS to 6.1; but looking at the most recent posts, that won't fix it either.

What's the point in using Google Calendars if they are only accurate on my computer at home?
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Adriane Renee 2/17/13 5:07 PM
I have had this issue and tried all the solutions. However, the only thing I found that truly works is to only use one of my calendars.... which kind of defeats the entire purpose!

Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Steelercaz 2/25/13 9:59 AM
I also have this issue now. I have had dozens of iPhones, all restored from backups, and all I've ever had to do to re-setup my shared calendars via Exchage is go to m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/device, select the new device then tick the calendars.

However, I had to swap my phone under warranty a couple of weeks ago, and no matter what I do I can't make it work. It is driving me mad, and a serious work problem. The Exchange account works fine - contacts and my calendar sync over push - but no shared calendars. I did the usual step, going to m.google.com/sync/settings/iconfig/device, but it isn't showing my current device - even though it is clearly successfully syncing!! So, since it doesn't show, I cannot select which calendars to show. Lots of Googling later, I see there is now this second address - google.com/calendar/syncselect, but if I visit that link the shared calendars are already selected - but not showing on my phone. (This list appears to be specific to the Google account, not the device?)

HELP!! This is a huge problem, after years of seamless use, and if I can't sort it I'll have to move over to iCloud calendars, which I don't want to do. Oh, I've updated to the latest iPhone software - I did it the same day as the warranty replacement, so not sure which came first, the update or the problem on the new phone. Are we not able to contact Google direct for assistance?

Hm, I am did something different to go around this. Since i prefer keeping my iphone calendars locally on my iphone - I would export my Google calendars via Calendar Settings > Export calendars into an ICS file on my computer. I would then use this to import the ICS file to my iPhone and have the calendars appear locally on my iphone.

I just did exactly what you said and IT WORKED!!!!!

Thanks SO much. I have been searching for an answer to this for a week now!!!
Re: [Known Issue] Disappearing secondary calendars synced with iPhone Sally R 3/22/13 4:02 PM
Ok, I take it all back - it partially worked. I got all my calendars back on my phone.

However....... I have 6 calendars in total. Only 3 of them now allow me to make a new entry in them on my phone. For the other 3 calendars, when I try to create a new event, a message comes up saying "Error saving event. That calendar can not be changed or deleted". The vent comes up on my calendar then disappears in about 10 seconds and it never syncs with my Google calendar.

If I create an event on one of these calendars, on my laptop, it is abel to be saved, and it also syncs with my phone and appears on my phone. It does not work the other way round for 3 of my calendars.

So, basically for half my calendars there is ony syncing with Googla calendar from laptop to phone and not phone to laptop.

    Any suggestions?
