I'm having some problems with new Xbox one update. When I keep changing videos the volume goes down and I can't unlock a achivement called 'push the button'. I already liked 20 videos and can't still get it.

The volume issue is appalling, it's VERY easy to reproduce and it stops the app from working. How the hell did it get past testing?

Same volume issue, now it's gone and I can't raise it no matter what.

Volume issue fixed here, until it happens again. I signed out, started the youtube app (without a gold account it won't login).

And then, when you sign in again the app force a restart.

The volume is back again.

And so I could reproduce this strange behaviour once more.

1-Search for a content (music in this case)
2-Play the video
3-Jump to the next result using the Right Bumper
4-Jump back to the priveous one, Left Bumper

Everytime you jump back, the volume inside the app decreases until it turn to zero.

I've got multiple issues with this app: -

1. When I pair my Nexus 5 phone to it, it lists the Xbox One as "Xbox One 4" under paired devices. If I try and rename it to just "Xbox One" it says that another screen with that name exists, even though it doesn't. I only have 1 phone paired with 1 console. I've tried deleting the pairing and redoing it, but it's the same every time.

2. When I reboot my Nexus 5 and launch the YouTube app, under paired TVs it says that no devices are paired, even though in the app on the console it says that it's paired with "LGE Nexus 5". I no longer get the "cast" icon to send videos to my TV via the console, so I have to delete the pairing in the Xbox One app and redo it every time.

3. If I use the voice search, then say "stop listening", the app freezes for 10 seconds or so. I can't move around the menus, even with the controller.

4. The app still doesn't work with the Xbox One media remote. The other media apps I've tried do work, so why not this?

Thanks.

Something that definitely needs to be addressed is the xbox one media remote not working in the YouTube app.  Also, the strange ways I have to use kinect voice commands inside the app.  Mostly, media remote!

Yes, I guess I should elaborate.

What I mean is that it doesn't use the standard xbox commands, you have to use your own different commands inside of the app.  They are somewhat counter intuitive and should follow the "xbox" first command.  I have to say "Youtube" then it takes a while to get used to it, and also the scrolling down or up is only one space, should definitely be more.

anyway, I would rather the media remote be supported inside the app over getting the voice commands feedback though.

Forget all the signing in and volume problems....why would they remove the damn related videos function??? Or seeing uploads by a user....no1 wants to search for EVERY video they want to watch. Can you please have them fix that.
