|Announcing Reviews in Google Places for Business||Jade W||11/25/13 11:58 AM|
Starting on November 25th, we are gradually rolling out Reviews in the new Google Places for Business dashboard, where you’ll be able to view what customers are saying about your business on Google and across the web, in one place. You can read more about this feature on our help center.
To get started, go to the dashboard you use to manage your business information, click the listing you’d like to manage, and choose Reviews from the left hand navigation menu.
You’ll see a Reviews inbox listing any reviews Google users have left for your business as well as snippets of reviews written about your business on other websites. The Reviews analytics tab includes information detailing where users have evaluated your business, and the average score of reviews of your business.
You can also respond to Google reviews in the text box that appears beneath the full review. If you do not see the ability to respond to Google reviews, make sure the listing is upgraded to a Google+ page. If you don’t have the ability to upgrade, you can respond to the review from the business page itself.
Let us know what you think about this new update!

We like it. Especially now that Owner Responses appear in the Review pop-up window when a user click on the Reviews link in a local result.
