|Google Music acts like I no longer have a subscription?||Stephen Harklerode||6/15/13 12:19 PM|
I tried to go into my Google Music on my phone app and music.google.com and it is acting like I don't have the All Access subscription. When I go into my phone app it says I can try it for free but the app store says I have the subscription for $7.99 since I did the early trial. When I go to music.google.com it says the same thing where it says I can try it for free. Also, none of my playlists or albums in my library are there. What do I do to get this back up? I was on the free trial which ended today and it should have started charging me the $7.99/month. Thanks for any help.

My mom lost all of her All Access music and only had what she intially had in her library before she got the subscription. It happened right around the time the service renewed for the first time.
After reseting her devices and clearing the app dad, it appears to have come back, but still. It looked like she had no music in her library for a bit too. My free trial comes up in a day or two so we'll see if it glitches out for me as well. This has been a rough service!
