|Video Game Developer monetizing our own videos and getting rejected||David Meade||11/2/13 1:23 AM|
I represent a small indie game called No More Room in Hell. We have a channel where we like to post our trailers and updates and developer lets plays of our game.
As our channel has started to become more popular it seems every new video we upload we get a content ownership claim against us. When we dispute showing we've publicly released our music and have a FAQ allowing youtube/ad revenue it gets rejected. Meanwhile other big name youtubers have made videos and gained millions of views while still monetized most likely do to their network.
So my question is are there any plans in the works for a Video Game Developers to be listed as a game's official channel or some system easier way to allow us to prove we have ownership of our product.
