Full Partner in good standing but no live broadcater tab, how do I get it? SublimeJay 8/11/12 5:35 PM

I've been a full youtube partner in good standing for a year  but I do not see a live feed tab, but I do see a store tab. There is also no edit channel tab at the top of my page, just channel settings, analytics, video manager tabs. Once I go to the tabs section in channel settings I see these choices; Creator, Blogger, Network, Everything. No Live Broadcaster section. Why is this? I have never had a strike of any kind. I had my gmail email hacked around a year ago which was attached to my youtube which was closed due to the hack at that time, I was thankfully able to get my youtube channel back with the help of partner support and able to finally get my gmail email back as well. But is that issue that happened a year ago perhaps why I do not have the live stream capability on my account? But I do have the store option so I figured I would have live streaming. 

Please respond and address this as others seem to have this same issue. Thank you

YouTube Live is currently being very slowly rolled out to Partners.

So not all partners have it yet? I thought it would have been all rolled out by now it's been over a year since first initiated. 
Surprised I have the store option which I believe came afterwards but not live streaming. Either way thanks for the response

Nope, not all Partners have it. 

The Store, I believe, has been rolled out to pretty much all Partners. But the Store is just an added tab, not a whole new functionality on your account.
