Recently, I got a content ID match on one of my narrated series of Batman Arkham City, I have no idea why a company named Intereconomia Corporacion S.A. (A Spanish TV station) has content ID matches on one of my Batman Arkham City Let's Play videos? Im pretty sure only DC comics and Warner Bros Interactive and maybe Windows Live has the right to claim my video, and my video is under the fair use act.
Who is Intereconomia Corporación S.A and is there anything else I can do other than filing a copy right dispute? With this content ID match, it has been taking me awhile to get approval on my monetization, usually mine is instantly accepted and now its not o.o
Is this content ID fraud?

Please don't refer to the "fair use act" -- there is no such thing. Fair use is a defence that you can raise if you are ever accused of copyright infringement under US law, and is actually a lot more difficult to prove than most people think.
If you are certain that Intereconomia Corporación does not hold the rights to any of the content in your video, you should dispute the claim.
I cannot say whether this is deliberate fraud. Content ID is an automated system, and like any automated system it is not perfect.

Thanks, and im pretty sure Intereconomia Corporacion does not hold any rights on the video, im pretty sure only DC Comics, Warner Bros and maybe Windows Live has the right.
I have researched this for more information, I guess some people had the same problem also..

Dispute the claim. Of course, the real copyright holders might still object to your use in the future, but when you are the victim of copyright trolls, it's always a good idea to dispute.

Ok thanks, I don't mind if it's the actual game developers and publishers, not just a random spanish radio station.

I recently placed a video of Batman Arkham City too and it got the same copyright issue as you did. I think I should appeal too because they don't own the stuff that I posted. Im surprised that someone else had the exact same problem.

Yeah i got the same problem from Intereconomia Corporación S.A.. This is really stupid on how it seems YouTube doesn't even check if its actually the right person filling the claim.

I'm getting the same issue with my Batman let's play. Just wondering under which statement you can claim that it is not valid? would it be "My use of the content meets the legal requirements for fair use or fair dealing under applicable copyright laws." ? there is no option for claiming that the claim is false :/
