| Youtube Videos Fail to Play on Chrome; Play Fine on IE, Firefox, etc. | JBSupport | 27/06/16 06:27 | We are preparing to roll out Google Chrome to the users outside of our IT department but are running into an issue playing Youtube videos. Any video that we try to play attempts to buffer (the dotted loading wheel spins) but eventually displays and error like this. We do have some group policies set but the problem persists even if we disable all the ones that apply to Chrome. There are no playback issues when using Internet Explorer/Firefox and there are no adblockers installed. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or ideally solve this would be greatly appreciated. Program Versions, in case it helps Chrome: Version 51.0.2704.103 m (64-bit) Windows: Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit) Flash Player: Version: 22.0.0.192 (not sure if this is relevant since we're using YT's html5 player) Apologies for being so vague, the problem has so few symptoms it's hard to elaborate. |

I don't think so? Looking at the settings, Chrome should have full access
I do not, would you happen to know/know how to get a list of all of their CDN servers? |

This includes: 1. clearing the cache. 2. going incognito 3. disabling extensions 4. disabling plugins 5. updating flash player. videos work on all other browsers |
