|Advanced search options suddenly disabled||Jacobus2||8/18/12 9:35 AM|
I often rely on Advanced Search to narrow my search results, especially by "Last Update". Unfortunately, a few days ago, all of the options under "Then narrow your results by..." became disabled - clicking on them now does nothing. Any idea what to do? Thank you!

Here is a suggestion to consider:
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?:
If that doesn't work how about looking into clearing the Web History:
Then I would log off your computer, not just restart.

Did all that. Nada! Any other suggestions? Advanced search doesn't work in FF, IE or Chrome.

Someone may chime in with an answer for you and some options to fix it.
Also Google Team Members regularly visit and answer many of the questions, and they may drop in too.

Thanks Shannon12 for responding to this. I've heard from multiple users about this issue, so I'm going to escalate the issue and check back with any updates.

Quick update. We're looking into this issue, but I haven't had any success reproducing it yet. Would you all be able to...
1) provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing,
2) tell me what browser version you're using and,
3) if this happens on Chrome when you're browsing in an icognito window (press CTLR+Shift+N to launch an incognito window).

Hi Glenda, thanks for that ss. If you'd be so kind, could you go to this link for me, and see if it works for you?
