I've read the FAQs and searched the help center.
My URL is: stu.edu

Hello, I hope you are well. We are experiencing the same issue and it has been months. No one seems to help us. Our University's logo (St. Thomas University in Miami, FL)  is very important to us and it needs to be updated on the Google results (knowledge graph) to the right. Here is a screen shot of our knowledge graph:

That thumbnail does take you to the page with our correct logo but this also needs to be updated. We have reported this wrong so many times and nothing happens. We have worked with wikipedia since March and everything points to Google. Can you please help us? We are in dire need to get this updated as soon as possible.

Thank you so much!

It's the image you used to have on your Wikipedia page.
Now you've replaced it with the new one.

It will take time for that to be reflected in the image index.

That image is still around:

The current image was uploaded to Wikipedia in March:

It replaced the previous one, I guess it was a special request since there's mention of it not being overwritable ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:St._Thomas_University_(Florida).gif ).

Thanks for posting -- I'll pass it on to the team to double-check the processes.

Cheers

I'm sorry to do this but John, could I get your attention regarding this related knowledge graph post http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!searchin/webmasters/sa_caba/webmasters/fUAdb2ghvnk/FVlBMHmoQ5UJ ?

Thanks!
