I've read the FAQs and searched the help center.

I have read that Inline style css will not crawls by robots..is ity true? example <h3> Tag One </h3> will be not crawl if we write <h3 style="color:White;">Tag One </h3>
Please give advice..

One caveat however (very specific to your question). 

If you have a white background and insert a heading like <h3 style="color:White;">Tag One </h3>, it will most probably be considered as spamming by Google: 
Namely: "Using white text on a white background"
Of course, if your site's background is something dark, this is not an issue.

But the problem (for you) here is not that the heading is not crawled but that Google will notice this sneaky technique and instead of just "not noticing" your heading, it will penalize your site and you can get removed from search results completely.
