I've read the FAQs and searched the help center. 

Hello,

We have successfully revoked Manual spam action for unnatural links 20 days before, I have checked Manual Action window that having "Manual Actions Site-wide matches None Partial matches" {Same message before manual action revoked}. I have waited for 15 days to message disappear from Manual Action window. On 16th day I have filed reconsideration request again with explaining this issue also, after 3 days "Manual spam action revoked" message comes but no resolution on Manual action window message, now 4 days have passed. 

Please suggest me the appropriate action to be taken for website to resolve this issue.

Can you take a screen of the WMT dashboard for Manual Actions and the message that you received showing it was revoked?
