Since you are asking about your website, I will teleport you to the forum where the experts handling website issues are...the Webmaster Central Forum.

There are a few things I'd recommend in your case:
- Significantly reduce the number of similar sites that you're running. It's much easier to work properly when you don't have to dilute your efforts, and it's a lot easier for search engines to evaluate your content if you don't spread it thin across multiple websites.
- It looks like there are serious webspam issues involved with your website. For example, if you created unnatural links to your site, that could be seen as a webspam problem. In this particular case, this is making it very hard to trust anything about your website at all.
Sometimes, when the issues are severe enough, and when you're certain that you've learned how to do it correctly, it may make sense to delete all of these old sites, and to just create a single new one. I know it's never easy to make such a decision, but especially if you're sure that you'll be able to avoid all of the issues leading up to the problems with the current site (eg no unnatural links!), and if you have fantastic content, then it can be worth reviewing.
