Dear Sir or Ma'am,
Just recently I have purchased a new Google voice number in hopes of avoiding frequent calls I have been receiving from an unknown caller. Unfortunately, it was not brought to my attention that the new number does not fully take effect until two months after the transaction (i.e. the caller was still able to contact me with my old number).  Steps I have taken include notifying Google Wallet of the issue and submitting a "cancel order request" just minutes after the purchase.   I am asking that I receive a full refund for the amount of time allocated to resolve such a simple matter and for the hassle of dealing with an unknown caller.
