I have sent in a dozen error reports via the help features and am still experiencing the issues listed above.
Are any other users still experiencing any of these problems?
Update: If someone leaves a voicemail on my Google Voice number, it shows up on my iPhone as a voicemail despite the fact that I have deactivated this feature using ##004# from my phone. The call and voicemail do not appear in the Google Voice web interface as received calls or received voicemails.

Thanks Papa Bear. I reported the error on 7/5/10 via the link you provided and am awaiting a response or fix. I am continuing to experience all the issues listed above in my original post.
As an additional knowledge point, when I try and use the iPhone Safari web interface to make a call, I am connected to (916) 538-0100 and get the message "..could not complete your call. Please try again." at which point the call is disconnected. Similarly, sending a text message from the iPhone Safari web interface gets me the message "Sending Text failed <br> Please try again later"

I have lost the ability to call or sms before. I found that rebooting the computer fixed it.

Thanks StarfireKC, however this problem is not isolated to a single browser or computer session. The problem exists on any computer, even after restarting.

There's really not any other options, since Google Voice doesn't currently have a help desk.

I have the exact same problems and have had the problems since August 2009. I've filed multiple tickets using the help form and have never gotten a response either. I've looked through the help forums over the past few months and nothing solves the problem.

Well @potatochupz, maybe someday a Google Voice team member will reset our accounts for us so we can use Google Voice. Until then, I won't recommend the service to anyone.

Yeah this is sadly pretty horrible, I really want to use this service, I don't understand what the problem is, but the Google voice in gmail does not work at all.

@maftuga There doesn't seem to be a solution from the user interface side. I would assume that Google can reset our accounts for us, but sending in issue tickets via their web form seems to make no difference. If you've paid for a phone number or calling credit, you may have access to some special technical support that I don't (I have not paid anything to Google for Google Voice services).
If you do get your issue resolved, would you let us know who you contacted and how it was fixed?

All - I logged in to my Google Voice account today and was happy to find all the Google Voice features fully functional and working. I haven't taken any action recently to get this resolved besides monitoring this thread. If you're still having these same issues, I'd suggest posting your issue in detail to the forum, submitting the issue reports (detailed within this thread) and then giving it time.

Yes, I have encountered the same issue as the one transcribe above please somebody like (Hannie) help resolve this isuue because it is becoming an issue.

I am having these issues as well.
I can make calls using GV through web, I can send SMS through web site and through phone, but I have not received an SMS since last night at 648pm PST. This is unacceptable to me as Google is presenting GV as the one number you need for everything, and if it goes down like this, it is not reliable if I have to then tell other people, oh by the way, GV is down and not working here is my cell number....Its a pain, and there is no support at all for this other than posting a message and hoping that it gets fixed magically in the world of Google. Unfortunately, since this is a free service, you get what you pay for, and I am sure GV issues are not give the highest priority to get fixed as their pay for services are....
