Cannot receive call on T-Mobile Monthly 4G plan bread22 5/6/12 4:47 PM
I have a problem when using GV on this plan.

Basically I add my TM # in GV, and have GV to forward all calls to TM #. When ppl call my GV #, it suppose to ring my TM cellphone. But the problem is that 70% chance it will just ring my phone once, before I can pick up it will go to TM voice mail directly, and charges me 1 minute.

I called TM to disable my TM voice mail. Even after that, the calls are still connected to TM voice mail system. TM tech support said it is a GV problem. But I do believe it is a TM problem. Because my GV works perfectly with my previous Sprint service, and it is forwarding to landline just fine.

I think I may just got bad luck with this TM #, it may somehow got problem when setting up service. I heard from someone else they don't have such issue the GV and TM.

Does anyone experience the same problem with TM & GV? Any idea what problem it could be? Many thanks.

OMG YES, A THOUSAND TIMES YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

I thought I was the only one!! I spent days trying to fix this....!

I have google voice, I have T-mobile prepaid $30 100min, unlimted 4g and text plan.

When ever someone calls my google voice number it only rings once on my phone, then says missed call.

Also! When someone calling from a google voice number calls my actual T-MOBILE number IT DOES THE SAME THING.... HOW THE FFFF IS THAT POSSIBLE????????????????

I have tried disabling T-Mobile Voicemail, enabling it. I called T-Mobile, and they reset my profile, etc.. STILL DID NOTHING.

Here is the proof it is not my phone, or my google voice settings:

I put my T-mobile prepaid sim in ANOTHER PHONE, then called my google voice number and it did the same thing!!! Rings for less than 1 second, and goes to missed call. The caller gets voicemail or error that caller is not available!!!!!!!!!!!

GOOGLE YOU NEED TO FIX THIS CAUSE T-MOBILE REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS ISSUE WHATSOEVER!!
