about postini approved senders setting. stonezhang 7/25/12 8:45 AM

We are getting important emails from domain nmsasap.com.

for some reasons, some of their emails are always getting delivered into junk messages list and never get into our inbox.

As the attached image, I double checked my postini settings and confirmed the following:

1.       approved senders has chargeba...@nmsasap.com,

2.       apprved domain has “nmsasap.com”,

3.       approved mailing lists has chargeba...@nmsasap.com.

But still, lots of their email keep getting delivered to junk message forders.

Please take a look and let me know what is the problem.

Thank you very much.

Do you have any Org level content or attachment filters set up? End user settings will not take priority, if Org level filters are in place.

hi frank,
i went to our org level settings.
content filters are off.
the attachment filter is turning on, i went into it and added that email address as approved sender.
as image attached, i added this email address as an approved sender in all three orgs on the list.

we will see what happens on this.
looks like this is the problem

thanks a lot

Make sure you check the box for; "Allow all email from Approved Senders to bypass Inbound Attachment Manager filters", under the Edit tab for attachment filters.
