How to remove postini from MX Records and just use exchange Kyle U 3/30/12 12:22 PM
we have postini through a third party IT group and we are dropping them. We want to remove postini from our MX records but we are afraid of ceasing our email. How do we remove it and set it to the correct mail server. And how would we find the mail server

If you don't know your mail server IP to create an MX record, then you will need to find that out first. Who manages your exchange server?

I have access to the exchange server and the Domain via network solutions.

Can you still log into your Postini account? If so, look in your mail conf level under Delivery Manger and see what is listed there for your mail server. I would also suggest getting local help, on managing your exchange server.
