We are changing ISP's and will have a new external IP address. Our ISP is currently hosting our MX records which point to postini. Will I need to do anything from within Postini in ensure that mail continues to route properly? The only settings I see in postini under inbound server is the spool allocation.

You may/will need to change the hostname DNS and or IP, listed in Delivery Manager. You will need admin level permissions, to view/modify the inbound server settings in Postini. Who did you purchase Postini from?
