I need to renew our Message Security account but cannot do so because apparantly a billing account was never setup a year ago.  I have submitted the issue via the following link that has been suggested by FrankM in other posts:


When I submit the info there, I receive an email that directs me back to this forum to look for help from other users.  What do I do at this point?

Here is the error I get when I try to change the password on our non-existent billing account.

This domain is not yet setup.

You have tried to access a domain that has no administrator account. To complete your sign-up for Google Apps, you will need to click on the set-up URL provided in your confirmation email. If you would like us to re-send the confirmation email, click here.

The response is the default response and should have your case number in the subject line. It should look like this, [#01915792] Test Response [ref:00D0VNwG.5006HG9nN:ref] The response email must have the #xxxxxxx and the ref:, in the subject line. Does it? 

At the bottom of the default response it does say, "If none of these topics address your issue, please reply to this email and someone from our support team will be happy to assist you." If it does, take a screen shot of the error you are receiving, save as an attachment and respond back to the support response, leaving the subject line as is.

Make sure the email you are responding to, has both the case# and ref: in the subject line and that it is addressed to esup...@google.com. Any responses from the email address gasc-s...@google.com are not to be used. 

If you not getting a support response from esup...@google.com, your reply to any other address will not get answered.
