the length of time items are active have no impact on disapproval --
google may disapprove an item, feed, account, or website at any time.

product-ads disapproval usually relates to google-adwords.

generally, a product-ads disapproval often relates to brand,
copyright, or trademark, adwords policies and may contain a
legal component that may complicate or delay a resolution --
but only someone at google can say with any certainty.

if a google-adwords account does not currently exist,
or adwords product-ads are not currently being used,
then products-ads may simply be disabled for the feed
and the feed re-uploaded:
data feeds -> settings -> set up advanced feed usage settings

otherwise, google may be contacted here.

if an adwords account is currently active, then contacting an
adwords representative who is also familiar with your specific
google-adwords-account details and disapproval issues related
to brand, copyright, and trademark -- especially with respect
to product-ads in particular -- may sometimes help.

with respect Celebird (respect because your answers are usually quite good) this is not really associated with one persons account, my product search is 100% OK, my Product ads are 100% disapproved as of date the 9th may 2012, this coincides 100% (see where I'm going with this :-)) with Googles UK update of the Google classifications, so with some or all hosts there is a mass of shops affected by this, we don't check Google classifications "par se" on a daily basis, therefore without a warning some were left 24/48hrs with an "unknown" classification, adwords are all correct and approved (in my case) and the only logical explanation is the fault is either Google end or host, not grumpy but it does require dev investigation.

yes, product-ads should only effect adwords not product-search.

unfortunately, i do not have access to individual accounts
or google's internal updates or how google's updates might
be effecting individual accounts or mass of shops -- otherwise,
there was simply the general notion of product-ads disapproval.

the errors are free to be ignored if there is internal knowledge
of google's updates or there are individual adwords approvals.

there was no assumption of fault; regardless of fault, the
intent of submitting the form is simply to have google clarify
the issue -- unless or until there is some announcement or
public feedback by someone at google.

Hi to all,

Starting 9th May to 11th May (we assume Google at San Jose - USA) inspected many of our products, up to 10 users at once on the Analytics. The dissaprovals climbed slowly and when 'they' got to 399 disapproval, it went to a full disapproval of the Product Ad? So now we have 2336 / 100% Product Ads disapproved. Yet no email from Goolgle explaining why?
Product search is unaffected with a 100% clear approval status.
If Google would be as good, to tell me the reason (s) then we can fix it, otherwise I am chasing myself around in circles.

anything is wrong -- but simply a flag to hold
items from adwords until someone inspects the
