|Pricing consistency between my website and Google Shopping||jgitelman||5/17/12 1:15 PM|
Is it possible that the price Google shows for my products could be different than the prices I submit to Google Merchant? I am getting flamed by a manufacturer for pricing their products below MAP(Minimum Advertised Price) pricing. My website does not list prices, we say "call for price."
Could it be possible that if and when a customer checksout using Google Commerce that Google is changing my pricing in Google Shopping to reflect the real price I charge.
I need for Google to stop advertising a price below what the manufacturer allows.

what's a url link to exactly what you're seeing?
are tax and shipping not being displayed the issue?
generally, google displays what is submitted;
but compare-prices and similar groupings
may show a price that represents a group --
usually not for specific items.
the price submitted in the data-feed for an item,
the price displayed on the link landing-page, and
the price charged to the customer during checkout,
must all match exactly, at all times; otherwise,
disapproval and suspension may be triggered --
map-based items are generally not allowed.
