|Our google adwords account is paused. How can I reactivate it?||dwolk||10/5/11 10:44 AM|
We received a google grant for adwords back in 2007. Due to a death in the family I have been unable to log in for a couple of months (I think the last time I logged in was in July or August of 2011).
I logged in today (10/5/11) and our campaigns have been set to "paused" and I can't reset them. Is there a way to get this unblocked so that we can reactivate? This is no fault of the organization and I would hate to see us lose the grant because I have been out of commission. Can you please help me?

If you would like to reactivate your account please follow the steps below.
1. Log into your account at http://adwords.google.com
2. After you log in, you may be prompted to update your account to a Google Account and accept the new terms and conditions. This process takes a few seconds and is mandatory in order to remain in the program.
3. Within your account, review your ad campaigns to ensure they are still relevant and current. You may want to revise your ad campaigns to reflect new program offerings or changes to your organization's website.
4. Finally, you can resume your paused campaign(s) by clicking the checkbox next to the campaign(s) you want to resume. Click 'Resume' at the top of the 'Campaign Summary' table.
If you are unable to log into your account, please visit the Google Grants Help Center by clicking on the web-form provided via the link below to contact our team and request a new login for your account. Please fill in as much information as possible, but know that your submission will go through even if you do not have all of the information requested via the web-form.
Credit goes to Google Employee Janelle for the above steps.
Keep us posted on how things go.
All the best,
