can't set logo picture in Settings-General liesbraam 4/13/12 9:43 PM
We have a business with it's own separate google account.
When Google+ first came out we set it up with our business name. Later the business profile got suspended. Since then we have changed to a Google+ Page (attached to our personal Google+ profile). The business profile is still suspended and I don't know how to get it un-suspended. We don't want to make a profile or Google+ for the business (we have the Page now) but because the profile is suspended we can NOT attach a picture to our business Gmail account.
Where or how can we ask for a review so we can at least get a picture attached to our business Gmail.
When I get to the webpage that tells me the profile is suspended I can click on a link to "visit the profile to learn more" but it's like a loop because it brings me right back to that same page every time.

All we want is to attach a logo picture to our business Gmail account (in Settings-General), which is denied because of the suspended profile.

On your account which one is suspended, isn't there a verification prompt? Isn't is asking a photo or name identity proof ?
Why don't you submit a photo identity proof's scanned copy there?

liesbraam -

You'll get better answers on this if you ask in the right forum -

no verification prompt.
I get a page that says it's suspended with a link to "learn more" and when I click that I get back to the exact same page every time (see attached pic)

I'll say it again, this is NOT the Forum in which to ask about suspended Google+ Profiles.,

Go to the Google+ Help Forum - linked above.
