|what to do when an account has been changed||robsmith1978||4/12/12 8:39 AM|
the problem is that i use a business email account that i did not create, it was created at the business i work for which means i do not know any of the security questions necessary to get back into it. i had an employee who was fired, and his last bit of maliciousness was to change our business gmail and facebook account information so that we cant get back into it. how do i contact someone to fix this problem, considering that i can't do it online?

There are only the provided methods for account recovery. There aren't any "secret" methods you can use if the normal ones won't work for you.
See the following article about how to recover a lost or compromised account: http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/
The only other possible options might be to get a court order to direct Google to return the account (but getting that won't be easy either).
