What you have placemarked (and correctly identified as NGC 6513) is not an anomaly, and it isn't "where two planets colided with each other". It's a poorly rendered galaxy.
Planets outside of our solar system are far too small to be viewed with even the most powerful telescope on earth. To give you some perspective, that little blob called NGC 6513 contains billions of stars and, most likely, billions of planets are orbiting those stars. I'm sure there was even a few (million) planet collisions during the whole process........ but none of that would show up in Google Sky.
