How do I add a searchable and permanent location on Google Earth?  Or How can I change the location to permanent which i already in My places.  The  places i added are only accessible through my pc!

Hi shiv, welcome.

As you have done here, attach those placemark files to a post.

When that file is opened, it will display in Google Earth.

The appropriate posts here on the GE Community are scraped and the files added to the Google Earth database so will eventually show up in the 
Google Earth Layers.

One other tip if you do post and want to mark multiple locations within the same area, it is advisable to first create a folder in GE to place all those placemarks in, then simply attach that one folder to your post.
