|Compass pointing north at all time?||smose3dsd||3/28/12 1:31 AM|
Please correct me if I'm wrong but when I use the Google Earth app on my iPhone I can't get the compass to work as an real functioning compass. Sure, the needle is pointing at north ON THE MAP and it follows the map when I rotate the map in the program. But I would like the needle to be "alive" and always point to north when I'm walking with the phone in the forest for an example. Viewranger is an good example of how it works.
Another function I miss is the "head up" function that the built in app Maps has. The map rotates to follow the direction you are pointing your iPhone.
