Do you need testers for Google Drive on Linux? Here I am! mattk7 4/24/12 4:14 PM
If you need testers for the linux client - which I guess you are still developing - I am in.
I can test it on several Ubuntu distros (10.4,10.10,11.0 and 12.04 beta) and on Android.

If you need people to speed up the process here I am... ;)

Thanks for volunteering. I'll certainly reach out to you if we need any Drive testers.

I'm running Suse 12.1 and am willing to install a beta client as well.  I'm also happy to try to configure webdavfs or something similar.

Ditto to above statements. I'm running two computers with Ubuntu, one running 11.04, and the other 12.04, and they're both dual-booting Windows 7.

Under debian, it will be nice to test google drive.
I am very disapointed since you have a working version for Mac and not for linux!

I would like to contribute, too! I can thoroughly test Google Drive in openSUSE 12.1, openSUSE 11.4 and Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, which I am using.

Regards,

Jerzy

Hey Teresa,

We are also considering to move from dropbox to google drive, but linux client is essential for us. We don't need graphical version of it, we would be using it on our local web server. So my question is whether it will be possible to use the client you are developing from command line?

If you need any beta tester on debian, we would be happy to test it.

Thanks in advance..

I'm on Arch Linux on both my desktop and half of my laptop. I'd be more than glad to help beta test the Linux Google Drive client once it's out.
