can you insert a header (or footer) that does not appear on page 1 but on all subsequent pages? I've tried and it seems it is all or none.
Why? I'm a HS teacher and our school uses the MLA format for student papers, which has a specific heading on page one (name, course, date, instructor) and then a header (last name, page #) on pages 2 to end.

Yes, we need it too. Im the tech coordinator for our school and just introduced google docs to ALL of our middle schoolers and teachers using it for the document sharing ease. But the lack of a 1st page different function is really going to throw a wrench in my training.
Google, please put a programmer on this for half a day. I'm sure they can fix it.
