While Google Docs has great screen typefaces - I was wondering what people's opinions are on the best webfonts that work printed - I am mainly after a good serif for body text, but am interested in hearing all people's opinions!

Are you talking about papers, or posters / flyers, or something else? What sort of font size are you thinking of - there are so many variables!

I'm talking about body text, 10-12 point, for a novel, or a magazine article, that kind of thing! A good workhorse typeface that works in print

I've found the best to be Times New Roman, Garamond, Gentium, and Droid (in that order) I wish we had Liberation fonts, but hey ho.
