I have used Forms to create a survey. I want to include the link to the survey in emails I will send to potential respondents, state employees who manage a specific federal grant.. The email needs to include Informed Consent language, required by my University's Institutional Review Board, that will be read by the recipient prior to deciding whether to access the survey. I know how to send the survey link in an email, but am unable to figure out how to add text to that email. Any suggestions and guidance will be much appreciated. Thank you..

Forms are automatically public, so you could do a simple solution by sending the link to the form in an email you write yourself, to the group of people you want to send the form to. (You can also set up a Google Group with a number of email addresses.)
