I'm huge fan of Google Chrome web browser and i would really want to install the flash plugin for the linux/ubuntu x64 version of Chrome. If you know how please answer.. tnx in advance :)

What version of Chrome are you using?  Flash is built into Beta and Dev versions of Chrome. In the lastest Beta version, you have to add the flag to the Chrome shortcut 

--enable-internal-flash

I solved downloading the flashplugin for x64 from this link
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10_square.html
and put it into my
/opt/google/chrome/plugins/

restart system and then it works!

I tried on the terminal to install flash and after having the directory, and everything nothing,on firefox it was so simple with flash aid, no brainer updates from adobe, but chrome doesn't recognize it.
Ubuntu 64, firefox working with flash.
 chrome no flash...yet

Here is my simple answer - install Ubuntu 11.04 with the plugins/codecs installed (check the small check box during installation). Not only flash but Java, mp3 and many more stuff come with the package. Tnx for your help.
