How to turn JavaScript off and on Matthew~H 4/23/14 3:10 PM
Hi Everyone!

Chrome allows you to turn JavaScript off and on for websites.  To do so, follow these steps:

If you'd like to turn JavaScript off or on for all sites:
  1. Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu  in the top right hand corner of your browser
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click Show advanced settings
  4. Under the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
  5. In the "Javascript" section, select "Do not allow any site to run JavaScript" or "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)"

Best,
Matt

Handy tip! Just remember that some websites many not work correctly or behave differently if you choose to disable JavaScript.

Matt, All the recommended settings are selected in SETTINGS.  However, I am receiving a message from NYS EZ pass that my JavaScript setting is turned off.  What does that mean?
