Trying to verify a business listing and keep getting the google card in the mail with no code on it. The area where the code should be is blank. This has happened three times now. I assumed it was a printing issue, but apparently it is not. I have already submitted a support ticket, but have gotten no response from google. Anyone have any insight on this?

That problem was reported to Google awhile back, so I know they are aware.
I will bring this post to their attention so they know it's still an issue.
I believe if you try to verify more than 3 times then you can't verify. So you may want to try the verification troubleshooter at this point.
When you said you put in a ticket, is this the link you used? http://support.google.com/places/bin/static.py?hl=en&ts=1399021&page=ts.cs

Linda – Yes, that is the link I used for the ticket. Is there an alternative way to get it verified?

The link Linda gave you will get your listing a manual review and verification from Google support. It may take a few weeks.
