The Google My Business Insights dashboard no longer contains information on the top search queries. This indicated the keywords that resulted in impressions of the business listing.
Is there a plan to revive Top Search Queries into My Business Insights?

Yes that omission was reported at my forum the day after GMB launched and I know lots of my consultants are concerned about no longer having that data for client reports.
I'm not sure if it's by design, or if that feature did not get baked into the initial release and will maybe come back? But if you look at organic analytics, you know Google removed a lot of the keyword data there too, so it might be by design.
I'll ask Google and see if I can get an answer.

We've changed the way that we show some Insights to ensure the privacy of all of our users. We're continuing to improve Insights to provide valuable information for business owners and thank you for your feedback.

We've never be able to display this kind of reports in Canada within Mybusiness insights. Is this only for US ?

That’s very disappointing. I’d like to know more about why it was deemed a privacy issue in the first place and why Google felt they couldn’t find a solution – or maybe they are actively working on one but pulled the search queries in the meantime.
