How would you export pst files from a Google Apps for Business account? Since there is going to be 75 or so users, connecting each account to an outlook profile via POP or IMAP doesn't seem too feasible. Is there a centralized way to do this? maybe through an API command?
Appreciate the help,

Is this a once-off exercise, or are you thinking of doing this regularly?

It will be once-off, how would you go about doing so?

Unfortunately, the only protocols to access your e-mail are with POP3/IMAP (as you know). Without knowing your purpose, I can't help too much more other than to say that if you are migrating to another platform, then the destination platform should have a migration toolset to make this easy. If your purpose is archival, then there are tools like Postini which are purpose built to manage message history.

We are actually pushing these PSTs back into Postini Message Archiving.... There is a 3rd party we are working with that will perform the actual push but they are asking for the PST files from us. With 75+ users it will be a nightmare to POP3/IMAP each account to retrieve PSTs... Do you or anyone have suggestions on how this can be done more easily?
