Non Profit approval for Google Apps NAMI NC 4/11/12 2:12 PM
Domain Name: naminc.org
Users Affected: All
Problem Description: We received approval for Google Apps for Non-Profits on the 5th. We just tried to sync our users and they transfered but we get the warning that we are over our 10 user limit. We are to go live this Weekend. How long until the Control panel updates? I do not have a customer PIN since the Control Panel is not upgraded.
Steps to Reproduce: Checked in Chrome and IE9, also on another computer. still shows the 10 user limit.

Once you are approve you will need to go here http://www.google.com/nonprofits/operations.html  to apply the non profit to your account

Signed up for non-profit status online then created the google apps standard account and requested google apps for non-profits after the non-profit status was approved.

This is also happening for my organization "fcbcfv.org". We have already been approved as a non-profit and have applied to use google apps, but Im still seeing the  "You have reached the 10 user limit for this organization.   To add more users, please purchase Google Apps for Business." message.

Can you help me get my google apps account get non-profit status and have the 10 user limit removed?

Do you have a case number or a reference number from the email.
