Users Affected: 1
Problem Description: I am using "Google Apps Migration for Microsoft Outlook" and have been able to make it work perfectly for everyone's email except for this one:  sarah[at]cwitstl.org.  
Steps to Reproduce: When I open the app, enter the email and password and hit enter, it gives me a message that says: "This account has been disabled by identify provider."

Any ideas on how to make the account recognize this person?

Actually, it is now not allowing me to migrate any of the email accounts.  How can I fix this?

It's most likely that the account has been flagged to change password upon log in. Try signing into the account from the Gmail web-interface to confirm this, and then re-attempt the migration.
