|unable to access feedburner account after migration to google apps||Sylphidre||3/5/12 1:41 AM|
since I migrated my domain & email to google apps, I can no loger access my feedburner account and it is not in any of the services on google apps, it also wont send me any password or let me recover the old feedburner account.
From my understanding, same thing has happened to hundreds other webmasters.
Are there any google staff handling this matter ?

I have reached google support (with premium Google Apps account): they "dont know", "its not their fault" and "I should seek help on the google products forum".
To summarize their answer: they dont give a sh.t.
Google refuses to acknowledge any responsibility in the loss of admin credential, consecutive to their unfinished account merging scripts.
The only option I am left with to recover the thousands emails subscribers hosted at my now unaccessible feedburner account is to file a complaint at an administrative court against google for aledgedly refusing to release my data.
I have to say, this has clearly lowered my expectations in google's products, its like if there is no one driving the boat: if you cant do what you need because they forgot/did not/failed to create the appropriate tools, you are screwed and there is no one at google who knows how to help you.

Google only cares about the masses, NOT your particular problem. You need to sue them, this is the only way to get their attention
