|Nonprofit has tracking code installed, but can't access account||ndradio||7/5/12 11:01 PM|
I'm the new webmaster for a nonprofit who has had Google Analytics code installed since at least December, maybe longer, but the person who installed it left in a huff and we can't access the account. I've tried the 2 most likely email addresses that are associated with the organization's domain name and managed to log in with them both, but neither one seems to be associated with an Analytics account.
Is there any option other than losing all of our data and starting over with a new Analytics account?
