|adplanner does not share data analytics||giuliodichiara||11/25/11 5:58 PM|
My Website: mobilitapalermo.org
I have a problem a few months.
Adplanner no longer share Analytics data. On the dashboard of my site appears this error message: Sorry, but we did not find a suitable Google Analytics account for [******@gmail.com].
Analytics actually works well and correctly detect all the data. My username is the account as an administrator.
Do not really know what should be done to solve the problem. Can you help me?

I have exactly the same problem - I cannot get to share my data with Ad Planner. I have shared my data in my Google Analytics account. But it does not show in Ad Planner. I have also followed their tips here http://support.google.com/adplanner/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=140157 but still cannot get my data to show!

Have you checked http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/dfp/thread?tid=2d3f512326279317&hl=en ?
Sounds quite logical, but so far it hasn't helped, but maybe it takes some time for the changes to propagate...

For our site www.FinancialJobsWeb.com, I also cannot get google analytices to share data with Google AdPlanner. I have gone through all the above url's mentioned step by step trying to resolve but when I log into Google Adplanner and in the Publisher Center next to each profile in the column "Shared Google Analytics Date", it still says "no shared data". Google, can you help?
And, in the edit profile information in the sharing area, it says "Sorry, we did not find a suitable Google Analytics account for in...@financialjobsweb.com". I have also gone through all the help url's mentioned for that problem as well and nothing seems to help.
Google support, can you help?

I am facing the same error. I have followed this http://support.google.com/adplanner/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=140157 and also looked at http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/dfp/thread?tid=2d3f512326279317&hl=en but unfortunately I can not get the data to share. I am hoping someone has a fix for this or can guide us in a positive direction.
Would very much appreciate any assistance.

Having the same problem. +1 I think this is due to the new Analytics version...This is bad as the forecast unique visitors number is 50% less than the figure in my Analytics report. Losing advertisers....

Exactly the same problem here. I have been searching since September. I have read somewhere that the name of the domain needs to be exactly the same in adplanner and analytics. Adplanner shows my domain as "domain.com" while in analyitcs the data is as following:
1. web property name = "WWW.domain.com"
2. Default URL = "WWW.domain.com"
3. Default profile = "domain.com" (without the WWW).
I was considering removing the WWW from the Web property name, but I won't do it before getting an OK from an engineer at Google that it won't harm previous reports, SERP, redirection to the WWW version, etc...

Same here. I'm managing more than 10 websites all under different domains and same message everywhere "Sorry, but we did not find a suitable Google Analytics account for" All possible things are checked and rechecked again and again. Every recommendation including "www" is applied but nothing changed. All websites are validated over Webmaster tools.
It would be very nice if google would finally solved this bug or at least give clear statesmen what are their plans with this service. If they plan to axe it and won't support it I would like to know. It seems that this was issue since 2009 and it was never solved as seens from different groups, forums, blog posts. Very professional from google.
Has anybody ever managed to solve this issue and if yes how?
Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem for my site http://hbowatch.com. Anyone from Google have something to say about what is obviously a problem? Maybe it's just with older accounts since I've had mine for years.

We have exactly the same problem since months.... and of course we did all the stupid things mentioned by the google help sites correctly...
And we are a big website with over 15 million page views a month. I have posted here many times and never got an answer from google that is actually useful....really disapointing!!

I see that you have your numbers showing on the ad planner. Did you do anything different since you wrote here. Let us know.
