Hi,

I'm the admin for the organisation's GA account but I can no longer create new profiles or properties; I can see the screen, enter the new name and press the button, but no new items are created. All I get is a message when I navigate away from the page that the changes have not been saved.

I've tried in Chrome, FF, Safari, Opera but no luck. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong, or is this a bug please? 

Everything else in GA is working fine.

Hi, I have also be experiencing the same problem, can not create new accounts, I have also tried several browsers but nothing.

Hope someone can give us advice!

I was lucky enough to have some inclusive support from ivantage having attended one of their GA courses a few weeks ago and have overcome the problem by requesting a higher limit to the number of available profiles.

This, however, does not explain the difficulties I had - assuming that GA will tell you when you've hit your limit of profiles?

I have the same problem.
I've switched to OLD GA interface and it showed me an error

"Please correct the errors below.
Unable to create a new profile. There are already the maximum number of profiles in this account."

Apparently they forgot to include this error message in GA new Interface.

How (or where) would one go about requesting a higher limit to the number of profiles?
