|What do I NEED TO DO to get Google "proper to investigate a bug!||UknowUneedAnother||5/5/12 7:46 AM|
THIS IS MY THIRD ATTEMPT to figure out how to get Google to investigate and correct a bug. I'm not exactly impressed with the QA, occuring within Google, nor am I pleased with the "hunt and peck" method of TRYING to communicate this problem with the site.
IF I try to access the "old version" of Google Analytics, I CANNOT get the dates to change to refelct any other time frame, other than the given month showing. Each time I attempt to update the dates, Internet Explorer stops working with a message that thre are problems with the page.
SO, ... does anyone know the majic trick needed to gain Google's attention regarding this problem?

Have you tried another browser? Looks like a local browser issue as I was able to change the date when I tried with IE.

You can also try subscribing to GA and bringing this up as an issue. May cost your company money to have a real SLA but it may also be worth it.

Using GA since 2 years and no issues, some time it takes some time load, some times it throws popup with message 'error occurred', please reload the page. Might worth in providing some more details like browser and its version.
Also there might be a reason of virus, 1%.
