Interesting to see if you are having 453 subscribers and 389,215 views will make someone famous on YouTube - perhabs I am a superstar but not knowing it. However, if you are abusing the terms of service and/or the applicable laws then you must deal with the suspension of your account. And according to the terms of service you confirm to YouTube that you have all rights for the broadcast so that you can grant this right also to YouTube. As you mention that you actually knew there was copyright infringing material on your channel then why do you just want to delete this material when YouTube has already deleted it with your whole channel? Sorry, but it is actually way too late to think about it. You should not even have uploaded copyrighted material on YouTube except if you are within the guidelines of the applicable law that requires to have the prior permission of the copyright holder before uploading the video.
