Re: Is there a way to disable "Results for similar searches", or change the number of results to the original query to display before showing the similar search results?

Hi Stejm,

I very much appreciate that you took the time to write a response to my question.

Unfortunately your answer is to another question than the one that I'm asking. I have already set my number of results to that which I'm satisfied with (mine is set to 20). My question relates to when the results page shows me "Results for similar searches", which seems to only happen on certain searches.

My example search term is "obadiah parker shave" (without quotes), and I have attached a screenshot to this reply (ob1.png). In the screenshot (or if you try searching yourself), you can see that I get a total of 6 search results: 4 from my original search query, and 2 from the provided similar search query. My problem is that 6 search results for the first page is greatly less than what I would be expecting, which is 20 as I've set in my search settings.

Do you have any suggestions as to how this problem can be solved? I was hoping for a quick fix which would be some way to disable "Results for similar searches."

Thanks,
aktai
