Can you, i.e. "GOOGLE," add a feature to your Google search engine filtering system?

I would like to have the ability to hide, or block, certain websites or specific page. For example, on the side of the search you have a double arrow which will display the website at a glance, at that same area, could there be an x or a down arrow for more options? One of which would be to hide/block the website or specific page because of preference or you think the site has a lack of knowledge, in which case, the site should be filtered out from future searches - either the specific search, or in general.  For example, I recently bought a new vehicle and looked up parts for it. The "top" few sites shown didn't have actual parts for the vehicle, just generic garbage for any number of cars, yet, nothing that would come close to matching what would be needed to install on my vehicle.

Please add this feature, I know it could put a small delay for the searches, however, in the end, I (the Google client) would be happier due to the filtering of "SPAM" pages in which I never wanted to waste my time on or ever again.
