Hi papageo09, I think the URL takes you to your contact page because this is how all your incorrect/malformed/not-found URLs appear, with the content of your contact page and HTTP status 404 (Not Found).
The HTTP status 404 (Not Found) is the correct status for non-existing URLs, so it is OK.
I agree with JoeRu's post that the malformed URLs you are mentioning were accessed by Googlebot because of a minor bug in the submit to index software of Fetch as Googlebot.
Probably you submitted to index with Fetch as Googlebot some URLs some time ago.
The fact that Googlebot accesses these malformed URLs should not affect the way your site is crawled and ranked by Google, it is just a tiny minor bug.
