Transferring Google Voice from One Google Apps to Another - Internal Server Error 500

Hi -

I've been using google voice since it rolled out with a paid google apps account (l#1). I have since shifted to a second google apps account (#2) as my primary email and would like to associate my only google voice account (currently affiliated with email #1) to the new account (email #2). I found a seemingly helpful article on how to do so @ However, when I try to follow these directions and go to the form, I receive an internal server error #500. In fact, whenever I have tried to do anything with google voice - whether from a desktop or my phone - this weekend, I've had the same problem. Any suggestions? I have noted several frustrated messages on this forum but no solutions or real explanations.
