I just looked at my usage and there is no problem. Whatever happened to you with your account is unique to you. Bad luck, perhaps, but it is not a systemic problem, as you've made it out to be, sheetzr22.
If you had a glitch that resulted in your minutes being used when they shouldn't have, just calm down, call Sprint, and explain it to them. Billing errors do occur from time to time for some people (I've never had a billing error, by the way).
